Hokkaido Chinese & Japanese Buffet

Dirty!!! I don’t mind messy, but this place was down right dirty. The floor was slippery, let’s talk about the bathroom! Very dirty. My husband and I were worried that we would have food poisoning the next day. Staff was friendly enough but stood around should have been cleaning.

Worse buffet I've ever been too. Most of the hot food was cold horrible drink and beer choices.will never return or recommend to anyone..... horrible absolutely horrible.....

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Food was extremely salty, when I asked the manager he said that's how it is. The manager said all Chinese food was salty!!! I told him if anything can be done since it had been less then 20 minutes since I got there, and he gave me 10% off. Bro, that is an insult giving anyone that less off. I had not eaten even 2 plates. All I had were a few sushi pieces. Never going back here again, save your money people. Also the place had a bad smell to it as soon as you walked in

Went there for lunch, sushi was little too be desired. Wish there were more real sushi with raw fish instead of artificial crabs and avocados.

Over all, it's cheap and it will fill you up. Nothing to write home about.

Very nice restaurant but seems they cleaned the floors with oil not lysol. I lost balance after 10 steps and had to walk extremely careful but kept slipping around. The employees looked at the floor like nothing was wrong and they pointed to the wet floor signs. Wet floors and slippery floors due to improper cleaning of floors. Food was ok. Server never returned to table and had to ask for refill of water.

Do you find yourself incredibly hungry for some generic Chinese food? Do you crave unlimited mundane sushi for a reasonable price? If you answered either of these questions with a yes then Hokkaido is for you. I have been many many times and you get exactly what you expect. You will not leave hungry, but most likely you'll be in a full blown food coma.

stop. Don't go into this place. Yesterday I went to eat with my family and after giving a terrible service. The employees were playing with their cell phones. No one refilled the water glasses. No one picked up the dirty dishes on the table. I also found hair in the ice cream. In the end, they told me that I had to leave a tip... incredible!!!!
