A little customer service goes a long a way. Pulled up at 4:55 today, an employee abruptly shuts off the “open” sign locks the door and speeds away, she saw us pull into the front parking space of the store. There was still a customer in the store.
My husband and I are looking at each other confused? My husband says I guess they are closing. We look at the sign it says they closed today 11/24 at 5pm and listen I get it people want to get home after a long day.
However, remember you are a neighborhood franchise, and a simple action of opening the door saying “hey guys we’re sorry we are closing up, please be back at x time tomorrow we will be glad to help.” Would have saved a customer who has faithfully buying her ham from you since moving to this area in 2017. Instead I will gladly get my ham elsewhere.
HBHC needs to teach how to wrap a sandwich or get larger paper. Third time in a row now, I'm left digging parts out of the bag to reassemble a sandwich.

Nice store very clean and well decorated. Cool country store vibe. I was surprised to see all the other food options they have for taking home and cooking for a larger gathering. I just found out about this place and dropped in and got a traditional ham sandwich, but it was on a croissant. That was different but good. They really piled on the meat. It was fun and along off a couple a slabs and eating the em straight before digging in to the sandwich proper. It’s worth stopping in for a quick lunch. Also the potato salad is good for a side.

Ordered ham online, and I was charged for the delivery as soon as I ordered but the ham was never delivered. I was offered a refund but now I have to scramble to find a replacement.

Southwest Orlando, FL. A miracle! The Monday before Thanksgiving I got an afternoon call: My husband volunteered us for a Honey Baked Ham for Thanksgiving lol. Thinking there’ll be no hams in Ham Land I got here and was in and out with a half ham, three registers open, no wait!Be advised the price has gone up! The half hams I was shown were between $113-$119 (I asked for the smaller one). But in our family Honey Baked Hams are bar none the best holiday ham out there! The person at the register gave me a $7 discount so color me grateful.

It is a yearly tradition for us to go get a Honey Baked Ham. As usual we were warmly greeted and kindly advised as to the size of ham we need for the number of guest we are hosting. Thank you for a consistently great customer service!

Love their ham.
The ham was delicious for Easter
We bought the sandwich ham package and it did not have the flavor that we have been used too from the hole ham. It was still good.
Excellent! My husband loves your ham! Nice people working there.
