I live very far from this location but no matter what every year I will leave my home early at the crack of dawn to get there before it opens. Today I was there early in the morning as the store opened, no lines no waiting I thought as I entered it was going to be a breeze. I got up to the register for a male associate to tell me that line was for pick up orders didn't see any line for walk in so I went over to the next area as I got up to the other associate I asked if I could have sliced ham and sliced turkey to purchase. She rolled her eyes and said that it was for only online and pick up orders, I didn't know as I had always walked up every year with no problem. I begged her and explained the situation that I came very far to get here and if she could please make an exception, then she sighed and said "ok wait in the corner at back and I will see what I can do. Meanwhile no one else is in the store. She went to the back and asked another associate at back which was brought 15 mins later during this time I helped myself over to the fridge to get some freezer items. As I got up to the register I said that I had asked for the sliced turkey too. At this time she was really upset at me rolled her eyes again, she didn't really listen to me the first time she just let her anger take over what was being said. She turned around and opened the fridge behind her to give me the roasted turkey slice and she said that's all she had, I am wondering why she didn't give it to me in the first place, I took it just because I wanted to leave after this experience.... I work in a luxury retail environment for over 20 years and customer service has to be on point. The store was clean but no kind service for walk in customers very disappointing... Won't be back at that location next year I will try one that is closer to me only because I enjoy the products as I work long hours and don't really have the time to cook.

$11 for sliders no drink no chips (even though it's listed on menu). Absolute shot show. No one knew how to ring up order. Didn't know how to make SLIDERS. I only ended up getting half the order I asked for. First and last time I'll ever come here. I would seriously question cleaning practices with this amount of incompetence under one roof.

It was amazing when we walked in and were greeted by Shay. Had somewhat of a minor complicated sandwich order, but she got it. Was very professional, friendly and made me a badass sandwich, just the way I wanted it. 10 out of 10. Will definitely be going back on her scheduled days. Shay, you're amazing. I love me some HBH. ?????

The service was great. The young lady in the front today helped me with replacing a salad I wasn’t satisfied with without any issues. She was pleasant and kind, it was refreshing and appreciated.
Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my lunch. I believe the lettuce is washed but it’s spring mix so it should be spun dry or dried on paper towels (doubtful because of cost). The lettuce was so saturated with water that when it came time to eat my salad, the lettuce was so soggy from the water sitting in the bottom of the container. Again, this happened twice. Yesterday and today. I hope the cleaning of lettuce continues but with a new process implemented to remove the excess water.
