Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue Reviews
I think it was an overall bad experience. Our table was right behind a post and next to the busing stations where the waitstaff emptied all of the plates. Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is a popular restaurant at Walt Disney World, located at Fort Wilderness' Pioneer Hall. The venue offers delicious food such as fried chicken, ribs, cornbread, mashed potatoes, baked beans, and macaroni and cheese, all served in a rustic, old-western-style saloon theater. Guests can enjoy unlimited drinks, including beer, wine, sodas, and unlimited sangria, as part of the experience. The entertainment is lively and suitable for all ages, featuring a funny, interactive music show with classic songs. The performers are energetic and engage with the audience, making it a fun, old-fashioned Disney family experience.
The food is all-you-can-eat, with ribs and chicken noted as tender and juicy. The menu includes gluten-free options like cornbread and mac & cheese, making it enjoyable for everyone, including children. Tickets sell out quickly, and seating is close together, so for more interaction, floor-level seating is recommended, while balcony seating is better for those who prefer to watch without engaging. The show continues during dessert, which includes strawberry shortcake, and the menu can accommodate allergies and vegetarian requests. The atmosphere is lively, fun, and perfect for families and groups seeking a memorable evening. Despite some minor issues like drinks not always being perfect, overall, Hoop-Dee-Doo provides great music, good food, and friendly service, making it a must-do Disney dining experience.
