I went to this Hooters inspite of some of the reviews I saw online. It was a dice roll, but they were closest to my hotel. Inspite of the low reviews I was pleasantly surprised. I sat at the bar and Valeria was a great server and very helpful. I ordered smoked wings and they were excellent and better than expected. I would certainly return. For the record I am not a local or friend of anyone who works there. I am in Orlando from Boston on business. When I return, I would revisit this Hooters.

I had not had food from Hooters and at least 21 years. In that time I can honestly say things got better. If nothing else I would definitely be back to this location. It's hidden behind a hotel but worth the find.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is low to the ground, wheelchair accessible.

We have gone to this hooters many times. The food is good, they have Guinness on tap, and I’ve honestly got nothing to say bad about it!
Stay in hotel groupings for work and have given this place a chance multiple times.. and food is just bad.

I placed an online order via Hooters website (not a delivery service) to pickup 20 wings, When I arrived at the Boca Raton location they stated my order wasn't placed there.Ooops! Either the website sent my order to this Hooters (200 miles away from my local Boca Raton location) or I accidentally selected the wrong linkI called to cancel the order and get a credit. I spoke with Bill the manager and he said I had to go to the website and find a link to get a refund. Which website lol? He couldn't care less and was unwilling to assist,I know the food is good and service is usually good at most locations. What wasn't good was this moron named Bill. Terrible customer service which is toxic with this kind of simple problem handling skills (or lack thereof). He could have shown professionalism by crediting the $31 for the wings that were ordered for the wrong location and never picked up, but he blew it. I disputed the charge on Amex and a credit was issued within minutes,Simple minds Bill, SMH
