I’m a tourist and I chose Hooters I paid extra for the cheese sauce and it wasn’t added on my pick up order I had to eat my food all dry. And no utensils were added.

I was in a few nights past with my girlfriend looking to have a drink. I went to the washroom and there were 2 other gents in there, the hand towel dispenser was empty so we all just wiped ours hands on our clothing. The place was very empty and I made my way to the hostess at the front and there were I think 2 staff waitresses talking with her. I excused myself and proceeded to let the hostess know they were out of paper towels. A scrawny little brunette in a very condescending tone said “aw no towels what did you wipe your hands on”, I was not rude in the least, the mockery of her town and whiny voice was a shock. Needless to say we left and went to a different bar. I can see why the neighboring establishments were packed and this one wasn’t. With an unattractive staff member, inside and out, like this one, I can see why there were few patrons.

Oct 2025 We popped in here for a drink while walking back from wonderworks... I'd never been in one before ..I imagine back in the day these places were classed at being a bit sleazy...But all family's are welcome and my 16yr old son was very much up for it 😂😂. Got a table straight away and served quite quickly.. unfortunately we didn't eat , but I hear there chicken wings are good (maybe next time).. Basically hooter is just a sports bar , showing every sport going and they will also accommodate changing channels for you if your table is by a screen which isn't showing your game 👍. Overal we had a nice experience..service was good, beer was nice .. would recommend..

Its the only Hooters I will go to. We go there about 2 times a year. Between the management & the wait staff along with the food they are amazing every time ! Its nice to look forward to.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to Hooters. From the start, service was extremely slow. it took quite a while before anyone even came to our table. When I asked our server if the appetizers were half-price after 10 PM, she confirmed that they were. However, when the bill arrived, the items were not discounted. When I brought this up, instead of resolving the issue or even apologizing for the misunderstanding, I was told that the discount didn’t apply. I requested to speak with a manager to clarify, but the manager refused to come to the table, which I found very unprofessional and dismissive. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this visit was frustrating from start to finish. I hope management addresses the lack of communication and customer service, because experiences like this make it hard to want to return

First time at Hooters. I always hear they have the best wings. Unfortunately I didn't have any food on this visit so for now I'll give them a default 5 star just based on what I heard. I'll update on my second visit. So the bartenders were very friendly but nothing stand out ish on this visit. Just ended up having a couple beers and leaving. Jordan was very nice tho. Met Joe the GM. Seems nice. I did notice something a little off but I won't go into detail because Joe jumped right on it so I'll pass over that detail but I will be back to check it out for a second time and I will share if I notice anything out of the ordinary. Glad he tended to it right away that felt promising. All I'll say is cleanliness is a minor issue that can be fixed and like I said I'll save the details for the next visit if it's still noticable. But every one seemed to be very nice and I think it's worth a second trip at least.

Bring it back please. 6 years ago, I would’ve given this place 5 stars with Portia. 2 weeks ago, I would’ve given this place 1 star with Zoie. Finally, since PORTIA left, Jade has restored my faith in this place. Back up to 5. She’s a newer bartender, but she did amazing. She’s so sweet and attentive. Gave her a $20 tip on $60- she deserved it! About time someone here did again. Give her more bar shifts, especially outside… let her get her regulars. We’ll definitely be back.

Was last here in May 2024 and it has always been one of our go to restaurants on our annual Orlando trip, however this visit (November 2025) has been somewhat disappointing. The waitress Payge was amazing and gave the service we have always received and expected from Hooters Orlando. However the food was not up to the standard. Recipes have apparently been changed and to be honest, not in the best way.
About 70% of the food on the menu was crossed off as unavailable and we were advised that this is due to a new menu coming into play from Thursday 6th November, so I will have a visit then to see if it's up to the standard I would expect, however if Recipes have changed for the worse then I don't hold much hope unfortunately!
Which is a shame
