Visited here for a quick snack on way back to the hotel after visiting the parks and it was terrible. Our server had such an attitude! We waited almost an hour for food and again this was brought to us with attitude. The toilets were dirty with loose wires hanging and ceiling tiles looking like they were going to collapse. Terrible service and terrible food!

We love a Hooters visit when in Orlando. This branch is a newer one. The food is as good as the other branches, the staff are just as friendly and they are happy to see overseas visitors returning. Always worth a visit.

Hooters is a sports bar famous for its chicken wings. Not. It is a sports bar famous for its scantily clad servers. When I first visited in summer 2014 I naively didn’t know this, but it wasn’t that that drew me back this time. It was the reasonably priced unlimited boneless chicken wings. What I didn’t know then was that Hooters had opened on International Drive in January 2014, so it was only 6 months old. This time, we went for dinner without a reservation and were quickly seated into a booth, with a good view of the restaurant, TV screens showing sports, and all the goings on. Things have changed at Hooters since 2014: the servers’ uniforms are even more revealing; and the eat-all-you-want chicken was off the menu. Service had gone downhill too: Sophia our server was very friendly and polite but her attention was more on the table behind us, and we were often left waiting. The quality of the food wasn’t the same either, and while it was hot and tasty, the quality wasn’t the best - frozen food thrown in a deep fryer comes to mind. The real positive was the beer - icy cold, flavoursome and reasonably priced. Weirdly, Hooters is very popular with families - most, if not all, tables were occupied by mom, dad and two kids. The bar, where a highly made up and buxom server worked, had a few guys sat that taking in the view. The table behind us, where Sophia the server spent a lot of time, was no exception. It was an American family out for dinner. The parents didn’t seem to mind their kids having a good look at everything Sophia had on show. We could hear their conversations, which the dad was leading, and he seemed interested in Sophia’s life, education etc. It all sounded nice and genuine, then he said, “Well your tip is so far at 10%, and we’ll see what the food is like before rising it to 13%!” Sophia didn’t seem to grasp the patronising nature of the comment and yet still spent a lot of time there….while we sat waiting. Our food arrived after 35 minutes. We ordered: - BYOB Burger $12.29 - Boneless Wings 10pc $12.49 - Curly Fries $4.99 - Buffalo Shrimp 12pc $12.49 - Chicken Tenders 4pc $8.29 - Blue Moon (Big Daddy) x 2 $19.00 - Bud Light Draft x 3 $14.25 - Bud Light Big Daddy $4.75 - Tax was $5.91 - The total was $96.96 Because of the not-the-best service, we left a gratuity of $25, which was probably far too much. Hooters is worth visiting for a few beers and for the novelty of having been and seen the sights, but don’t get your hopes up for good food.

Met up with some family members who were in Orlando the same time as us. They fancied meeting up at hooters as they wanted pics with the hooter girls. Nothing seedy by the way as we're two family's with kids. Just the experience I guess. Anyway.... our server was really nice, friendly and attentive, the food was nothing special to be honest a bit disappointing to be fair. But we made the best of it.. the young lady server was very kind in letting us all have pictures with her at the end of the evening.

Came for the UFC after receiving an email to say it would be shown. I was told by the manager that they were not showing as it was pay per view. I tried to explain the email we received however manager wouldn't let me speak, put his hand up to stop me talking and was aggressively shouting, telling me the email was wrong. Have came to Hooters many times but would never recommend this location again!

Stopped here for lunch and had a good meal. The staff was friendly and fast. It wasnt busy at this time of day. Everyone's in the parks so it was a great time to stop and have lunch. The staff took a picture with our son which was great. You know they have to get tired of that. The only issue was allowing a homeless guy into the establishment to get some free chicken. No problem with the reasoning, but his yelling at customers was kind of a turn off, and could be an issue.

We looked at the online menu which seemed quite nice so along we went. Got seated quickly & the server took our order. Drinks arrived & were good. We waited……& waited…….& waited for an hour. We asked for the manager to complain about the wait. He said they only had 3 kitchen staff & the wait was not his problem! I would like to know whose problem it was. Amazingly the food then arrived…….too late & missing several items! Our server said the kitchen staff were new. She was very pleasant & we appreciate that she was not at fault. This was our first & last visit to Hooters!

When we arrived the restaurant was not busy, average at best. However, this didn’t translate to the wait for food. After a 65 minute wait we asked to speak to the manager who eventually turned up and told us “It isn’t my fault!” When surprise surprise the food turned up. Well, most of it…A couple of our sides were missing which came AFTER we finished our main course. Of course we refused these as we had finished so the server handed them to a table behind “on the house” probably because their wait would also be over an hour. Two of the meals were Luke warm at best and the other two OK. Avoid at all costs, the only time I have ever had a bad meal in the US.

We went to eat on the last night of our holiday. Unfortunately the terrible service left us really disappointed. Firstly, we were asked if we were ready to order before we’d been given a menu. Then the food took a very long time to come, but the server did mention a couple of times it was on its way. When the food arrived the plates were slung at us by a server with a terrible attitude, and missing cutlery which we had to ask for and again was chucked at us. Then we realised the meals were missing items which they had to make from scratch that arrived as we were finishing. When the bill came the server took our card before we had inspected the bill and noticed we’d been charged for drinks we didn’t have. More apologies from the server but it appeared like a lot of hassle to get it refunded. The server offered a piece of cake in lieu of the drinks we didn’t have, and a Pepsi to go by means of apology. We agreed. The cake came, the Pepsi to go never appeared but we were fed up by that point and left. I don’t think I’ve known so many issues in a single meal before. I would not return or recommend to others. It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the food which did appear was nice, hot and tasty.

Went tonight 3rd June was served by Kay at 7.56pm table 9. Did not find her helpful , rushed to take order food brought out but had to go find someone for cutlery. Husband want coffee was told they had run out . After food sat for 20 mins before she came back, we was going to have desert but all we got was I go get cheque , very unpleasant and won't be returning. We was there alot in 2019 food was amazing along side the service , was very cheerful and friendly, not now. Sadly and if you don't have phone you can't order as menu is on a app u scan . Food was nice service not so nice.

I have been to Hooters in Orlando many of times as I love the food. This holiday was no different we went a handful of times and I always have the boneless buffalo wings with curly fries. My partner had the same and we tried fish tacos absolutely delicious. We had the blue hooterade and this was also refreshing and tasty. Service was good albeit not as good as it used to be and I think that’s because they’re only just coming out of Covid and they’re starting to get busy again with tourists. Overall food was delicious, service was good and its great to watch the footie there too.

Bethany did a fantastic job looking after us considering the clear levels of less staff than normal. Food was great / hot and tasty as always.

Food was ok when it finally arrived. Service was terrible. Absolutely terrible. Place was just about empty and we saw at least 6 waitresses but they too busy chatting to pay attention to us or any other customers. A group came into the entrance and waited and waited until the bartender found someone from the kitchen to seat them. We had to go to the bar and ask the bartender to find someone to give us our check so we could finally end this lousy experience. It took awhile but our waitress wandered over and we paid and left.

What a disappointment! We always visit this Hooters when we stay in Orlando as we love the Wings and generally the atmosphere. However, on this visit, we have been left very disappointed. We waited nearly 40mins before we got seen by our server even though I tried to holler a member of staff to say we had been waiting a long time but they didn't really seem to care. Tables arriving after us got seen straight away (appeared to be locals). Once we were seen we ordered an appetizer to start but the food all turned up in one go and the wait was nearly 1hour! The food just looked like it was chucked on a plate however it still tasted good. The restrooms looked like a nightclub toilet, without going into too much detail I think a cleaner was needed! I hope when we visit again some changes will be made as we love visiting Hooters

Always eat at this Hooter's on International Drive. And no it's not because what the waitresses are wearing it's because of the wings.
