If you're in Seuss Landing and looking for ice cream, this is really your only option. The ice cream itself was fine, nothing unusual or spectacular, but the service certainly could be better. The line wasn't very long, but it was taking a very long time to handle each customer. From what I could tell there were only two people working inside: one person taking orders and payment, and the other preparing the ice cream. Definitely a missed business opportunity since I witnessed multiple people give up on the line while I waited.

The employees were very laid back and helpful. The post it notes on the wall is unique , fun for all ages ! Very interesting watching them make the rolled ice cream.

Hop on Pop is located in the adorable Seuss Landing on Islands Adventure side. It can be most remembered for its advertisement of a sundae on a stick, and this is certainly what had me pining after it for months.Unfortunately it seems to be only open at certain times. Or maybe it was just due to covid, but it was conveniently not open several times I visited the park and wanted to stop there. But finally it was open a few weeks ago and I got my sundae on a stick! I have to say, the built up anticipation made it all the sweeter (pun completely intended). It’s a very simple treat, so don’t be expecting something fancy. But that’s why I loved it! You can get a chocolate covered ice cream bar with sprinkles or nuts. Nothing more or nothing less.I just loved this cold treat and sitting in the colorful land of Seuss. You can get an actual regular sundae or a cone as well. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that the worker was not the least bit kind and I think the only words she spoke to us were to tell us how much we needed to pay. I can’t give 5 stars to poor service like that but it is what it is. *shrugs*

(Translated by Google) A good place to cool off with ice cream. A good spot to see this colorful and happy land, and pay attention to the decoration details and see everything so well themed.Of course, the little train is very nice but the line is huge.It is worth it but it is also very short.(Original)Un buen lugar para refrescarse comiendo un helado. Un buen spot para ver esta colorida y alegre tierra, y poner atención en los detalles de decoración y ver todo tan bien tematizado.Eso sí, el trenecito es muy lindo pero la fila es enorme.Vale la pena pero también es muy cortito.

This was my birthday weekend and first visit to Universal Studios. I decided to stop and treat myself and family to icecream. After standing in line for a short while I finally reached the front window. This being my first time at the Hop On Pop ice cream shop I decided to ask a question. That was the wrong thing to do because the response I got from the representative was a rolling of the eyes and a sigh. Her attitude just threw me through a loop. I have been working with the public for over 25 years and I have never treated anyone the way she treated me that day. If this is the kind of person you have representing your company they should not be working there. I had no idea asking a question with a smile with get me that response. Out of the four days that I spent in Orlando Florida I was not treated the way she treated me by anyone. I will make sure not to recommend your establishment to anyone as your representatives are not trained well and cannot work with the public. Very very unhappy customer!

We ordered the root beer floats, which were ok, but less than impressive. The root beer did not have much carbonation, so it as kind of flat even for being in a root beer float. But it was cold and wet, which did the trick. The staff seemed to be uncomfortable.

They have a Sundae on a Stick! Only problem is the ice cream is too heavy for the stick so it comes out 🤦🏻‍♀️ still tasty! Just a bit of a gimmick.
