We’ve been to Hoshi 4 times since they opened in February and have loved every meal- sushi, hibachi, steak, tuna appetizer, fried rice, lomein etc. The food is exceptionally fresh especially the tuna. They have an extensive menu to choose from so there’s something for everyone. Hoshi is locally owned by a Conway family and is a great addition to our community. We love Hoshi!

Hoshi Hibachi & Sushi serves excellent food with amazing service. The sushi, veggie tempura, sirloin steak with fried rice and noodles, and filet mignon are all highly praised. The restaurant has a great ambiance and friendly wait staff. The food is top notch, with the fried rice and noodles being particularly popular. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. Despite the restaurant being small and sometimes busy, the quality of the food and service makes it an excellent choice. Hoshi Hibachi & Sushi is a great place to try different rolls, appetizers, and hibachi. The restaurant is a great addition to the community, with many customers planning to return for more.
