This was my first time coming to this place and I’m from out of town. I was told this was the best place to get some crab legs. They was WRONG. My friend and I ordered our food and we got somewhat of the same thing but not really. I got the crab legs with broccoli & mild Cajun seasoning. My friend got the crab legs, broccoli and crawfish with Cajun hot. The first problem was they gave me hot & gave her mild. The server Mario got our order and took it back to the kitchen. He came back with our food and it still was wrong. They gave me the crab legs with no broccoli and some of my crab legs were missing. I called Mario again to let him know the problem, he told me he would get me some more broccoli. He did just that but when I got my broccoli, it had crawfish legs in it. I told him to take it off my bill because that’s not what I asked for. And I was told I couldn’t get more crab legs either to go with my meal. 1 cluster & 2 legs is not worth $44. The service Mario gave was good but the food was HORRIBLE. No discount was giving to make up for the bad food or anything. No manager sent to apologize. Nothing. I thank Mario for his good customer service. This was my first time coming to this place & MY VERY LAST TIME.

Me and my family ate here last night and the shrimp I had was very flavorful. The portioning was also great for the price. The star of the show was our server Tiané! She was so sweet and actually took the time to interact with us. We would recommend asking for her if you’re gonna come here. We will definitely be back to this location!

Amazing Atmosphere! Great customer service and food is 15/10! Make your way over to the H&J Orlando location! I highly recommend the King Crab in the H&J mild sauce as well as a the calamari! You will not be disappointed! Sabrina Mario & T took care of my family and I. They all were very attentive.

went for the very first time yesterday and the food was not it at all. I never had a sweet seafood boil until I tried this place yesterday. Two people of my table sent back the food and I didn’t want to make it three. But I can tell you this, my food ended up in the trash after I left. I had got the drool, With the hot and juicy signature sauce. never again I could’ve went to hungry crab or crafty crab or see if the city had a Mr. and Mrs. Krabs I was highly disappointed and wasted my money. The only good thing about the food was the soda and the rice.

I recently dined at this Hot N Juicy in Orlando, and it was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had with this chain. I’ve eaten at other Hot N Juicy locations, and I know what to expect in terms of flavor and spice. However, this location took ‘spicy’ to a whole new level, and not in a good way. The food was overwhelmingly spicy and salty, far beyond anything I’ve encountered at any other Hot N Juicy. It felt as if the seasoning was done with no balance, just extreme amounts of heat and salt that completely drowned out any natural flavors of the seafood.
What was particularly disappointing was the shrimp’s freshness—or the lack of it. Unlike the plump and fresh shrimp I’ve enjoyed at other locations, here the shrimp were soft, mushy, and difficult to peel. The texture was so off that it was clear they weren’t fresh, which is shocking for a seafood restaurant that is supposed to be known for quality ingredients.
The overall experience left me feeling unpleasant and disappointed. The heavy-handed seasoning made the food practically inedible, and I walked away with the worst impression of this restaurant. Hot N Juicy locations are generally reliable, but this Orlando location was a complete letdown in every way. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone; for a true Hot N Juicy experience, definitely try a different location. This one falls far short of what you’d expect from the brand.

I have been to a lot of seafood boil restaurants. What I can tell you is the fact that this place is a la carte with everything is completely unjustified. Typically, most seafood places give you potatoes, corn on the cob, and garlic bread included with your boil order. The prices are absolutely astronomical. And there are so many restaurants you can go to that are cheaper than include a lot more. The atmosphere is very dull, boring, something I wouldn't bring a date to or a family outing. Yes, the sauce was decent but the service is the opposite of attentive. It's almost like the waitress is only there by force and not by choice. Again, I wouldn't go back. For me this is a one and done because of what I mentioned and the fact that the drinks are so watered down that save your money go to a fine dining seafood restaurant
Typical southern atmosphere of North American sea food, airs of Louisiana and New Orleans, flavor, spicy, juicy delicious, I give it 5 stars without hesitation

Amanda and her team on Wednesday July 31 were heroes for our wedding at Trellis 925! Our venue and event partners failed to notify us of a known AC issue since July 26. We had guests leaving early and getting ill from the heat, and partway through our reception all restrooms in Trellis went out and water was not refilled for our guests. Hot n Juicy Crawfish let our guests use their facilities, provided free water, and let our guests cool down in their space. When I called on Thursday to thank Amanda and her staff, I received more kindness, compassion, and care in that brief phone call than I have from any managers with our venue and event partners. Thank you so so so so much for going above and beyond!
