Decided to try this establishment on a Thursday evening, due to all the hype. And to say I was just dissapointed is an understatement. It started with the ladies at the front. There were 4 just standing around talking and laughing. Becky seemed to be the one directing this area. My interaction with her left me feeling as though she didnt have time for us and not any kind of priority whatsoever. I could see x5 empty booths, AND the 4 of them were in no hurry to seat people. Our waitress was courteous. We ordered drink and food. Now I will say, the food literally came out the fastest I have ever seen! The downside you ask....well I ordered Blackened mahi...and it was literally room temperature..which says only 1 thing, its premade and sitting waiting for an order. It also didnt appear as if it was acrually mahi, instead of a white appearance it had a light brown tone. The wife ordered pulled pork, and was very dry, also leading me to believe it had been sitting for quite a while. Overall the lukewarm food and cold customer interaction left this place with a solid F in my book. I will say the atmosphere is the only thing good about this establishment. Dont always fall for the hype!
Actually thoroughly surprised the food was great! Alyssa was a great server
Have not eaten in the restaurant yet. I've been to several shows in their concert hall. Great sound, lighting, environment with good drinks.
Totally Amazing Venue. The staff from the begining were awesome! I would Totally recommend for dining and a great concert experience!
Pay extra for the seats, else you are standing all night
Everything about this restaurant is perfect… the food, the staff, the atmosphere… perfect! House of Blues is always so lively & nice for a night in Disney Springs!
I went to the tribute of Prince concert. Greatest show he almost looks like Prince and sounds like Prince.
Beautiful place to stay
I don't understand. I'm a huge Blues fan, so I believed that I just had to visit The House of Blues whilst on holiday from the UK. I was hoping for some sort of out of body experience that would take my guitar playing to the level of Robert Johnson. However, whilst the distressed appearance of the restaurant and shop suggested a Blues like experience, it wasn't to be. Both the shop and restaurant have statues of Jake and Elwood Blues, that was about it! We had a meal in the restaurant backed by continuous music. - Every genre from Disco to Country and Western was played but no Blues at all! There was a fantastic lìve band playing on the porch outside which we watched for a while. They really were good and again played anything from Fleetwood Mac (post Peter Green Blues era) to Led Zepplin, but again, not a single Blues number. I've been to plenty of blues festivals where other genres are also played, but as you would expect being a Blues festival, you are going to hear mainly Blues. Not so at The House of Blues apparently. Not even one single number! The food was dry and a bar maid was incredibly rude and over the top when she gave me my drinks with ice and I very politely pointed out that I ordered no ice. It developed into a completely unnecessary rant about free refills and I could "go home and tell everyone that all Americans are glutinous and greedy!" - Unbelievable! I asked her very nicely to calm down and told her that no offence was intended. But she wouldn't let it go. She said I could have as much Sprite as I wanted for all she cared! Oh well, back to guitar practice!☹️
Not a large crowd or concert person. Took a chance for a birthday gift and was blown away. Had an absolutely amazing time tonight! I’d like give some shout outs to the crew that made our night: VIP- En and London Bar- Josh Security- Scott Thank you for one of my favorite nights ever! @thebellrays and @thedamned were better than I could’ve imagined. 100 out of 10. Will definitely be back!

Heather and summer were the absolute best! They really treated us with respect and kindness even on a less busy day! Such great skills and are wonderful assets. Highly recommend the Cajun pasta and steak salad, great sizes and tasted fantastic!

Salads all recommended. Good atmosphere, the best view is the back seats that have a view of the lake. Excellent customer service. Good food. The burgers are not good, not that they are bad but you can eat better burgers at another restaurant.

If I could give zero stars, I would. On 01/02/2025 at 9:30pm-10pm My wife and I were looking forward to an amazing night at House of Blues during our honeymoon, but what we experienced was nothing short of a disaster.
We purchased tickets and drinks at the outdoor courtyard bar, excited to enjoy the evening. However, when we tried to enter, we were inexplicably denied access. The staff at the metal detectors were polite and just as confused as we were about why we weren’t being let in. Despite this, the door staff outright refused us entry and, to add insult to injury, escorted us off the property with zero explanation or apology.
But it didn’t end there. The courtyard bar was packed with people, and while my wife was trying to enjoy her glass of red wine, it spilled on her brand-new white New Balance sneakers. Not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the mess. We were left standing there, humiliated, on what should have been one of the happiest nights of our lives.
Disney Springs is supposed to be a magical place, but House of Blues utterly destroyed that magic. The complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service is inexcusable. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a failure of the highest order for a venue that carries the Disney name.
We have always cherished our visits to Disney, but this experience has left us angry, disappointed, and questioning how this place is allowed to operate. To treat guests like this, let alone honeymooners, is absolutely appalling.
House of Blues has permanently tarnished what should have been a special memory. We will never return, and we strongly urge anyone considering this venue to think twice.
