Heather and summer were the absolute best! They really treated us with respect and kindness even on a less busy day! Such great skills and are wonderful assets. Highly recommend the Cajun pasta and steak salad, great sizes and tasted fantastic!

Salads all recommended. Good atmosphere, the best view is the back seats that have a view of the lake. Excellent customer service. Good food. The burgers are not good, not that they are bad but you can eat better burgers at another restaurant.

If I could give zero stars, I would. On 01/02/2025 at 9:30pm-10pm My wife and I were looking forward to an amazing night at House of Blues during our honeymoon, but what we experienced was nothing short of a disaster.
We purchased tickets and drinks at the outdoor courtyard bar, excited to enjoy the evening. However, when we tried to enter, we were inexplicably denied access. The staff at the metal detectors were polite and just as confused as we were about why we weren’t being let in. Despite this, the door staff outright refused us entry and, to add insult to injury, escorted us off the property with zero explanation or apology.
But it didn’t end there. The courtyard bar was packed with people, and while my wife was trying to enjoy her glass of red wine, it spilled on her brand-new white New Balance sneakers. Not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the mess. We were left standing there, humiliated, on what should have been one of the happiest nights of our lives.
Disney Springs is supposed to be a magical place, but House of Blues utterly destroyed that magic. The complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service is inexcusable. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a failure of the highest order for a venue that carries the Disney name.
We have always cherished our visits to Disney, but this experience has left us angry, disappointed, and questioning how this place is allowed to operate. To treat guests like this, let alone honeymooners, is absolutely appalling.
House of Blues has permanently tarnished what should have been a special memory. We will never return, and we strongly urge anyone considering this venue to think twice.

The performer Layla was good. Highlight of the night. Portion of pasta was nice and the flavor was too. Jambalaya was fine. Gumbo was good. Hamburger was so dry. Ambiance was wonderful.

Reservations at 7pm New Year’s Eve in Disney springs. Seated at 730pm really no big deal but they charged me 27.00 earlier that day for their reservation fee if you do not show up so certainly they could seat you closer to your time that was reserved. Husband ordered Cajun chicken pasta and it was like warm and zero taste. I ordered bacon cheeseburger which came with no bacon and cold cheese. The table behind me also received burgers with cold cheese and undercooked fries. Server was great but the food was horrible. We will not be back.

Decent food that is definitely overpriced; a chicken Caesar salad is $18 as one member of my group ordered that. French fries were covered in salt as well. Only reason we went was due to how hungry some were in our group and it was one of the only places with no line.

Service was slow and lackadaisical as well for lunch.

First time trying House of Blues. I ordered the Buffalo wings and the Jambalaya with Shrimp. The wife ordered Shrimp and Grits. Probably the worst buffalo wings I've had. They were supposedly smoked, but they must have been under a heat lamp from early in the morning. The Jambalaya was not that great, very soggy. And my wife said that the grits were very clumpy. Definitely won't be back when there are other eateries in Disney Springs.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the server was great.

Nice venue for full-service Southern food and barbecue. Food was very good, but nothing extraordinary. The Caesar salad, baby back ribs, and jambalaya were all very good. The service was excellent. Background music was just the right volume. Enjoy!

We were walking around Disney Springs one night and decided to pop in and grab a drink and some appetizers to stay warm on a cold florida night. They happen to have a local music performer Layla Brisbois singing and playing guitar who was absolutely delightful to listen to. We ordered nachos with brisket and had a blueberry beer which was very tasty. Highly recommend if you want a cool environment to chill in.

My favorite venue by far 🥰 I have years of wonderful memories at the HOB Orlando. The music sounds incredible and it’s just the right size to feel intimate yet larger than life. From the security to everyone working concerts I appreciate you all so much for always being helpful in many different ways. Some of my fondest memories are getting to meet my favorite artists after the show, while I know it’s not something they do anymore I still adore this place and can’t wait for the next show

Visiting for Christmas and this is our third time at the restaurant. The bread pudding is always good and something we enjoy. However, the shrimp and grits is sub par. It was served lukewarm and appeared like it was premade in the morning and someone took an ice cream scooper to put grits on the plate. Not good at all. The restaurants at Disney Springs are overpriced and underwhelming. Will not be back.
