Horrible customer service. The restaurant took no accountability for their mistake, did not apologize and did not communicate with me what was going on while I waited.

I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes for it to come out before asking for a refund. While waiting, I noticed someone who ordered their meal after me get their food and I still hadn’t received mine. While processing my refund I was told the manager was working on my order now and it would be out to which I just opted for the refund. After a total of 20 minutes waiting, (store was not busy at all) my food finally came out. After the extended wait time I would have assumed my food would have been given for free given the wait time but it was not. I just asked for a refund given my lunch break was wasted waiting on food that took 20 minutes for no reason and I no longer had time to eat.

You could be kind enough to let people know that you are temporarily closed. I drove more than 25 minutes to this location to find out it’s closed.

Shows open online. Sadly drove over there to see a big ol sign that says temporarily closed! May want to update ur hours online to show temporarily closed. Would've been my 1st time dining here, but now it's left a bad taste.

Walked to the store to pick up my order, as I walk in I notice a guy in front of me in line , so I stand behind him. 5 seconds later 2 Caucasian women walk in, the young woman by the name of JERICA OR JERIKA, attended to the last people come in, took care of them . Once done she went back to work as if noone else needed attended too. If I wanted Wendy's type of service I would've went there but unfortunately you could take people out of Wendy's but you can't take Wendy's out of people 🤦

This place was amazing fresh food. The gentleman working were very polite and helpful and the food was fresh and the chicken was tasty. they also sell homemade potato chips, which is my favorite kind of potato. The banana pudding is on point unlike any other banana pudding you’ve ever had worth checking out.

First off I’d like to say the food here is usually tasty 😋 I let them know the fries were cold and tried to have them replaced and they gave me a hard time and then I just said forget it. Let’s just refund the whole meal and basically a screaming match ensued. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

The Farm House salad with fried chicken nuggets was soooo delicious and was enough for 2 people. Your choice of honey mustard or ranch dressing.
Oh, I loved the sweet tea too. ?

First off I would like to say I usually love their food. Unfortuantley this location has horrible customer service. I placed my order at 11:50am. Unfortuantely I got stuck in a meeting until 2pm. When I called to let them know I would like to pick up my order but would like it redone, I was told no since the food was made. I then asked if they could cancel my order since I dont want to pick up cold food I was told no. Then I asked if they could atleat heat it up I was told no. They literally didnt care to help out and just blamed me. Funny thing is for atleast the first year, every meal me or my coworkers were messed up. Wont be ordering from this location again.

The chicken tenders here are absolutely fabulous. I come here quite often and the quality and taste has been pretty consistent. I love getting the meal with two grilled and two crispy. The fries are always hot and fresh as well . Hands-down the best chicken tenders around definitely beats Pdq . And the general manager here she’s totally awesome. I had them cater for my team and my team absolutely loved it. Also, I must say the coleslaw is some of the best I’ve ever had and the banana pudding is amazing. Keep doing a great job guys. I’m gonna keep coming back.

I have been a regular Huey Magoo’s customer since 2019 and have been ordering from this particular location for almost a year, as it is the closest to my job. When I say “regular”, I am talking approximately once a week, so to say I have been to this Huey Magoo’s over 30 times, would be an understatement. Unfortunately, of those 30 times, less than 10 have been positive experiences. I know what you’re thinking “Why would you continue to come back if it is that bad” and you would be right for thinking that. All told though, the food is good…like real good! I’m not even ashamed to admit that I’m addicted, to the point that I crave it if I go too long without! The quality of the food is not my problem. It’s the customer service and lack of professionalism that I take issue with and for that reason, I’ve been ordering my food to go.

However, today pushed me over the edge, so here we are. I called at 11:30 this morning to place my order by phone because they do not offer their lunch special on their website. The girl who answered my call asked me to call back in an hour. My lunch is 12-1, so I told her I could not. After a little back and forth, she tells me that they “just got 2 big a$$ catering orders” and they’re short staffed, so they can’t take my phone order. I asked to speak with the manager, to which she responds, “yeah, she’ll be here on August 5th!” I wasn’t buying it, so I pushed back, “Wait a minute now, you don’t have a manager on duty?” “I mean, Mr. Leroy is here but he ain’t takin’ no calls right now, so you’ll have to come in to talk to him.” So I ask her, “What if I put my order through online? Are you going to take my order then?” She replies, “Well yeah but it will probably get pushed to the side is what I’m trynna tell ya”.

I ended up putting my order through online regardless, even though it cost me more and wouldn’t allow me to customize. Despite the normal lunch rush and their catering orders, my food was ready when I got there at 12:15pm. It wasn’t completely correct, but we were just thankful to be sitting and eating when people that had gotten there before us were still waiting in line to order. We didn’t make it an issue. I get my cup and start pushing through the crowd to get to the soda fountain. Imagine my dismay when I finally get there only to be met with a handwritten note on the machine saying “Out of Order”. I don’t drink tea and am not a huge fan of lemonade, so I stood there for a moment wondering why their system even allowed me to select the “fountain drink” option. Never-the-less, the place was spilling over with people waiting to order, so I again decided not to say anything. Now, I do plan on returning on August 5th, to speak with the manager about what all transpired in her absence, but in the meantime, I hope this review is a wake-up call for this restaurant.
