Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I picked up food for someone who's never eaten anything here before. We got five chicken tenders in one meal three and another and only two tiny cups of sauce. Because I was not sure which sauce the other person would like I asked for two spicy and two plain Magoo sauce. I was told I had to be charged for more sauce I guess we won't be returning. Thanks for the great first time experience though? Also the unsweet tea urn could be cleaned soon to avoid that nasty flavor. It's unfortunate but I didn't even get a receipt. Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone.

I was visiting my daughter and came to eat here. There’s an overweight boy with glasses that is so rude to all of the customers unless they’re female workers from other food establishments in the student union. There is also another overweight boy with piercings who gives the customers attitude as well. The chicken is not that good and I will not be returning.

Manager said some harsh words to one of the girls while I was ordering and she was visibly upset. He didn't care that there were guests out front. Food and Service from the staff was great. Just kinda ruined by the manager on duty.12:55pm May 31, 2023

my first time here was very good! but the 2nd time I came here with a friend, some of the chicken was chewy or not cooked well, but the fries were tasty.

I really hope a supervisor sees this review. I waited in line for about 13 minutes. As I got closer to the front I was able to see the cooks in the back. The gentleman touched his nose and face about 8 times wiping his nose as well. Not once did the gentleman wash his hands or switch gloves. When I got to the cashier I asked if he in fact was the person preparing the food. She always scratched her nose and proceeded to touch and hand out customer orders. Again no hand washing. I walked away didn't even place an order. You guys be careful.

I eat lunch at this place almost everyday, but recently the chicken is often not cooked properly and extremely chewy. The chicken is only fried on one side most of the time and other times is just straight up not good. Used to love going here but I will have to find somewhere else.

So I understand that their prices are up, but their chicken is becoming terrible in portion. Seriously, you could perhaps call it something other than Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders. Maybe Huey Magoo’s Doves Tenders?
