The stuffed crust pizza was awful. It was filled with air instead of mozzarella. The mozzarella cheese seemed more like wax than actual cheese, and the crust was quite thick with very little tomato sauce. For those who truly adore pizza and understand what real pizza tastes like, I do not recommend it.

Same complaint as someone else. App says store is closed when it’s not because I’m trying to order their $7.99 wacky Wednesday deal. Based off their responses to other customers I don’t really care to order from them anymore, when there are several other options. Little ceasars is basically the same thing. Try to have a little more tact and humility. Shame because I enjoy hungry howies and it’s my preferred fast food pizza place. Go to anthonys thornton park if you want something that wont feel like cardboard an hour after it’s made.

Terrible customer service. Called in because I was trying to use my free pizza reward through the app but the store was showing closed when it is still open. The gentleman on the phone told me “you’re gonna have to call back tomorrow”. Looks like they don’t want to do the work even though they are still open. I wish I could just tell people to call back tomorrow if I didn’t feel like doing my job ?.

I asked for and Italian sub, and instead got a deluxe instead of saying that they don’t offer the Italian sub man rung me up for A deluxe which has meat in it, that I don’t eat.

Imagine being a doordasher, just to go into a place like this (the place looked like a barnhouse) and picked up the food. The people came out just to take it back and let me know that they would never allow someone to look like that to deliver food.. then proceeded to kick out my family member for speaking over the fact they just took food back because of our skin tone. And the way the person grabbing the food looked. Just informing that these people are not interested in serving customers. They are not qualified to be working there.

Apparently based on these reviews and several others the manager has a temp problem because there is no way every single review on here has a CUSTOMER in the wrongThen simply look at his responses. They are never measured, never controlled, never polite or understanding. They are just rude.
