The food here is amazing!! Coco loco is our favorite sauce. The food is quick and perfect and the staff is friendly. If you have never been I highly suggest stopping and giving it a try!!

Great Decor and Live Music draw you in !!! Wings were under done and service was extremely slow! Over 1.5 hours and they only had 5 tables at most our entire time. Hate we gave up one of our nights here. Has the potional to be a great place.

First time at a Hurricane Grill & Wings. Stopped in at the start of Happy hour with a group of 6. Great timing huh. Place was pretty empty. Was concerned it might not be a good choice. However, our waitress was very good. Kept our glasses full and food was out in a timely manner. All of our meals were very good. By the time we left, place was busy. Would recommend.

We're always trying to find a place that's not a national chain, which is difficult in Orlando. We took someone's advice to try this, but it was mediocre at best. Boneless wings were warmed over and mushy, and mostly breading. The mahi sandwich had a gray tough hunk of fish with no flavor. Burger was just okay.

Awful service by Shaina, food was subpar, and the drinks were awful. We stopped in because it had pretty good reviews but clearly tonight was not their night.

Food was not that great. The guacamole had browned already and served to us. Lettuce mixed into the guacamole. Who does that! Like seriously who?! The salsa seemed as if it was kept passed the 3 day max because of the odor and stickiness texture. The corn on my husbands meal was super salty with the texture of fresh corn and previous corn. I give it 2 stars because my meal was actually okay. I got the boneless wings and fries.

Service was good. We had a Latino women with curly hair that took care of our 14 top ( Big parties welcome). She was very nice and accommodating. Food came out all at the same time, in a not so long wait. Our experience at hurricane was quick, accommodating, and easy going. Thank you!

Ate here in “all you can eat “ wing night (Monday)...stopping in around 5:30, wasn’t busy at all. Bartender was doing double duty as a waiter and our service was slower than what we should have expected. Buffalo wings were great, burgers were large and tasty, margaritas were ok. Bottom line: good food/slow service
This place never disappoints! The wings are amazing!! I always get CocoLoco and Firecracker. Can never get enough!

ordered through door dash - and even though order came quickly; it was pretty cold at the time of delivery. ordered quite a few things for us at the hotel. Mexican street corn - had way too much cojite cheese on to the point where the corn was no longer crisp. chips & guacamole - the salsa was good and had good falvor; however the guacamole was very bland and no flavor or spice. the perfect storm appetizer - was to be boneless wings, fried pickles, firecracker shrimp and garlic parm fries - there were no pickles in the app. The garlic parm fries was a wet sauce which made the fries very soggy once poured on - would be better if it was a seasoning sprinkled over the fries.

Can I give no stars? If I could I would. Went here last year and friends raved about their burgers so we were anxious to return. We headed over after arriving in town. Since it was a nice evening we decided to sit outside. This may have been our first mistake. Took a while for someone to come to the table. We ordered a few drinks and water. Took way too long to get even a glass of water. Then placed our orders...nothing difficult, just some of their tacos. We waited and watched as other tables that arrived after us and ordered after us were served. These people even looked over wondering what the problem was. We went up,to the bar several times asking where was our food. A manager came over and apologized and said he would see that the food would be right out. Well after waiting for over one hour with what looked like no hope of getting our food, we walked out. Don’t know what their problem was on this particular evening but it wasn’t that they were busy. The order either didn’t get entered or was ignored. We won’t be returning here.

Bad Service, Bad attitudes, Bad food! The girl that seated us had a snarky attitude, never saw her smile the whole time we were there. Our waitress was only slightly better; they were out of several beers I asked for. She recommended the Bahama Mama - which was just pink ice and very little alcohol. We ordered appetizers as our meal, which took 30 minutes to get, even though the restaurant was not very busy. Some people that came in after us got their meal before we did. The food was so-so - at least it was hot.

Got a gift card to this place so I decided to call to make a to-go order. Took a few tries to finally get someone to answer. The hostess that answered was rude - I had to ask if this was Hurricane Grill and Wings, because she answered in such a mumbled voice. Told her I wanted to make a to go order, she mumbled back, "'mmhm". Asked her if she was ready for my order and she said "yea". At this point, I'm already giving the girl side eye over the phone, because, have you no customer service skills? -eyeroll- Anyways, I complete my order, she says 15 minutes and hangs up. Doesn't ask my name or telephone number. I hope the kitchen staff enjoys my wings because I'm not going to waste my free gift card on that place to even pick those wings up. Rather spend my money on anyplace else in the area and suggest you do the same if the hostess is any indication of their customer service. But the wings are good! At least from what I remembered when I ate here last about two years ago.
