Went for 7 nights and reserved 2 rooms since we were a family of 5. First of all the room my husband and I were in was next to a loud family staying 5 in the same room and 3 DOGS yes 3 and not quiet dogs loud and barking. That first night I couldn’t call front desk to let them know because the phone wasn’t working. The next morning I went to front desk to let them know the dogs were barking the whole because that family left the alone, I even showed them a video I had taken that night and day. They said they would take care of the issue in the best way they could but they couldn’t do much with the other guest even though they had 3 dogs and the limit is 2. This went on our whole stay. Very upsetting to say the least nothing was done to fix this at check out I told another manager about the situation and she said that there was no note on file of all the times I spoke with different managers. I get it that this is a pet friendly hotel but why would you put non carrying pet family in the floor where most pets stay?!?!? We paid over $3,000 to sleep in a loud room with pet hair everywhere. Not to mention that every single day I had to notify that our room had not been cleaned. Our only relaxing day at the pool came to an end early because someone poop in the pool and it took them 3hours to notify the guests, yes that’s right people were in the pool for 3hours while the poop was still there. In sum this vacation has horrible and I would NEVER RECOMMEND NOR STAY HERE AGAIN.

Great location for weddings/ large gatherings. Good kitchen to work in. Great staff.

This is a pricier stay for a middle class family, but its worth the splurge. There are so many amenities offered for families that it is hard to pass up. We enjoyed the rock climbing, biking and lots of pool time with our large family.

great location and great atmosphere, the prices are insane, the lack of free wifi and continental breakfast at this prices are disappointing. glad work paid, I would never be able to afford this place.

Excellent hotel have just arrived back after 10 nights there. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and tidy. Facilities were excellent especially the pool area. Only downside was paying for parking.

We booked this hotel going to try out another Hyatt Regency, as we just stayed in one in Long Beach, CA. Was worried it would not match, but it actually it exceeded my expectation! We started by being greeted by the Lobby Ambassador named Merlot, a beautiful scarlet macaw that loves to say “Hello” and then went to checkin and asked for an early checkin and received our room right away. We went up beautiful glass elevators that views the enclosed atrium lobby with high-rise windows all the way to top floor. Got to our room on the 6th floor with a pool view, and it was beautiful. There looks to be a lagoon with a beach setup right past pool. We had a few thundershowers roll by but opened up just enough to watch the fireworks from both Epcot and Magic Kingdom. We decided to eat in, since we had a long trip from Arizona and ordered from the Lakehouse and we had some yummy food with burgers, wedge salad, and pizza. In the morning, preparing to go to Magic Kingdom we went to the Lake House with the beautiful décor and decided on the breakfast buffet and it looks like a cruise ship! All the foods you can think of with a chef on hand to make the omelets, eggs, etc. We decided to use the bus transportation from Hyatt over to Magic Kingdom and left at 10:30 AM and had no problems, loved the bus driver and when we wanted to return at 8:30 PM no problem, we knew to go to C-16 for pick up. It is about a 22-minute drive, but to be included, really helps! We stayed one more night and got so much sleep and the showers were just the best! We actually used the soaps and lotions, they were that good! Hotel staff says hello everywhere you go, it was just the best trip! We intend to go back when we come back out next year.

We went on a business trip and I wish I brought my kids. There were so many activities for the whole family. The property is private so I would let my older kids wander on their own. Lots of restaurants and gift shops in walking distance. Will definitely be back with the family!

Property is great, pool wonderful, staff helpful, food was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Everything from check in to check out was great! Enough space for the whole family and lots to do, very close to great restaurants and attractions.

This resort offers a ton of things to do on property while easy access to Disney. The food was of high quality and our room had two beds and a lounge. It could easily support a family. The support staff was outstanding and worked hard to please the guests. The hotel is clean and well kept.

This hotel is amazing - it literally has everything you need for a family and you can’t beat the location. A huge pool with a water slide - a lake to have a boat ride and water fall to cool off during a hot day! The bar was awesome and the breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had - has everything and a great omelette station - oh and yes they have a pancake staton with choc chip pancakes. We went to Disney and Universal - under 15 minutes to both - I am telling you stay here and you will not be disappointed.

This is a premier facility! Although visiting for business, everything is sparkling clean and up to date. Staff are amazing! Convention and meeting rooms are top notch. We have come back several times due to the high level of service.

Excellent service by the pool and the food quality and menu options were great! Recommend the chicken avocado sliders! Yum!

We stayed here 4 nights in mid January 2023. First of all it's important to point out that this property is close to 40 years old. Given that information you'll be impressed with how well the staff has taken such remarkable care of the grounds, interior and exterior of the buildings. The staff is well trained, professional, genuine, helpful and all have great attitudes. It's very evident that the leadership here is active and doing a great job. The property is quite large and it's a very good walk from your guest room to the "self park" parking lot. The guest rooms are not large by any means but respectable in size. The back of the hotel faces the lake and the pool AND the WDW nightly fireworks can be seen as well. Pay to upgrade to a lake view room...you'll be glad you did. The rooms have a noticeable design flaw. There is a large sliding wooden door to the bathroom. When the door is "open" you cannot get into the closet or safe. It blocks both the closet and safe. The room decor is somewhat basic and slightly dated but not enough to deter you from staying here. Just don't expect an ultra modern Ritz Carlton or a Waldorf Astoria type guest room. The lobby and common areas are very nice and immaculate at all times. Now....the Food and Bev situation. Hmmm.....a little lacking in this area given the size of the property. The Lakehouse restaurant which in no way resembles any lake house I've ever seen has a small bar (20 - 25 seats or less including the bar stools) and a sushi bar. (interesting combination). We did not eat here but opted for The Four Flamingos restaurant which was outstanding. The Four Flamingos is pricey with most entrees being $30 plus al la carte. There is a restaurant at the pool but it's only open at lunch. The only two dinner options are the Lakehouse and Four Flamingos. The bar at the Four Flamingos was terrific. Classy and quite with great bartenders. The pools are fantastic and very clean at all times of the day. The walking trails are great. Well laid out and well marked. Beware.....the hotel states that it's a "1 mile walk" to Disney Springs. Not so, we did it with an Apple watch and it's 1.6 miles or 35 - 40 minutes. On a hot day be sure you have plenty of water with you!! Overall the property is very nice and I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.
