It expensive but the drinks are great.
I personally recommend the signature milk tea.
Note that the boba are additional cost and they don’t have the regular boba until around noon.

Overall a pleasant experience. Was slightly worried by some of the reviews to try but it was worth if you happen to already be in there. I got the pineapple passion fruit tea with mango popping boba. Its very nice and fresh. You can see its made with all fresh fruit which is hard to come by sometimes. It is a bit more expensive then id like but once again its fresh fruit so not much you can do about it. The workers were patient and helpful when trying to decide what we wanted even though they were busy. Also tried the Macha drink and was impressed.

We were there yesterday and it was a pleasant experience, we arrived close to closing time and when we finally decided what we were going to order, we saw that the closed sign had already been put up, but she kindly managed to take our order. The taste is excellent, we loved it and will certainly go back other times to try other flavors. We ordered Milk Tea (it’s amazing)

I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter purchase boba and as soon as she stepped from the counter, the drink came out her hand and landed on the ground. They wouldn’t replace it. They said “nope, it wasn’t our fault”. Can’t believe it! You’ve lost reoccurring customers forever!!

I make a point to come here AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK because iTea has the BEST ROSE MILK TEA! It actually tastes like real roses that was brewed into the tea and not some artificial rose flavor add-on! In fact, I am pretty sure it is brewed with real roses because more than once I had gone early when they were opening for the day, and I had to wait a bit for the tea to be ready. So, yes, I am sure the rose flowers are brewed with the tea rather than an artificial liquid flavor add-on like most places do. I have not had an issue with customer service at all. The staff have always been friendly and polite with me. And, I will continue my weeks Rose Milk Tea visits indefinitely! (^_^)

Diarrhea. I pointed at the gallon milk asked for 1cm on my full hot tea.She offered powder creamer.I refused. I pointed at the milk again. She offer a strange jar of seem to be milk next to it. I don't know what it is but now my stomach is sick.I asked for milk she give me bad milk. This short cashier lady is a bad sport. The other crew are fine. But they keep having to refer to her with every little things. Then her direction is a disaster. I think the place runs better without her. Lots of reviews here have low rating bcos of her.

I recently visited itea Orlando, located inside Lotte Asian Market in Orlando, and overall, I had a positive experience with their delicious boba drinks. However, I must mention that the customer service left something to be desired.I have been a frequent customer at itea Orlando and have always enjoyed their drinks. The variety and taste are excellent, which is why I continue to return. However, on my recent visit, I encountered an issue with the cashier that left a negative impression. The cashier, a Hispanic short girl who took my order, was not friendly at all. When my drinks were ready, I politely asked for a bigger straw as the one provided was smaller and less convenient for me. Instead of accommodating my request with a smile, she made it seem like a big deal and handed me the straw with an angry face. This interaction left me feeling disappointed and disheartened.Furthermore, when I asked for her name, she suddenly stuttered and claimed she didn't have one. I found this response quite peculiar. After persisting and asking her name in Spanish, she finally told me her name was Griselda. Although I cannot confirm if this is her real name, the exchange felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.itea Orlando should pay more attention to their customer service. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere can greatly enhance the overall experience. It would be great to see the staff exhibit more warmth and professionalism towards customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

This was a good place to have a refreshing drink. Two nights ago, I went with my partner and a short and rude Mexican woman took a while to realize that we wanted to place an order because she was on the phone. When I did, she was very direct and lacked customer service skills. I ordered two kiwi drinks without ice and the glass was less than half full… It seems like the drinks are 70% ice, not worth the high price, and also seeing the cashier’s bad attitude (she doesn’t look like someone who is qualified to serve customers). In general, to get drinks, I prefer to drive to another place, but now we know.”
