I make a point to come here AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK because iTea has the BEST ROSE MILK TEA! It actually tastes like real roses that was brewed into the tea and not some artificial rose flavor add-on! In fact, I am pretty sure it is brewed with real roses because more than once I had gone early when they were opening for the day, and I had to wait a bit for the tea to be ready. So, yes, I am sure the rose flowers are brewed with the tea rather than an artificial liquid flavor add-on like most places do. I have not had an issue with customer service at all. The staff have always been friendly and polite with me. And, I will continue my weeks Rose Milk Tea visits indefinitely! (^_^)

Diarrhea. I pointed at the gallon milk asked for 1cm on my full hot tea.She offered powder creamer.I refused. I pointed at the milk again. She offer a strange jar of seem to be milk next to it. I don't know what it is but now my stomach is sick.I asked for milk she give me bad milk. This short cashier lady is a bad sport. The other crew are fine. But they keep having to refer to her with every little things. Then her direction is a disaster. I think the place runs better without her. Lots of reviews here have low rating bcos of her.

I Tea is located inside of Lotte Market in the food court area. It is a great addition to the food court and I always grab an entree from one of the restaurants and complete it with a tea from I Tea.They have so many options for tea and toppings. I love the fruit and milk teas and every tea I have tried has been wonderful! Some of my favorites include the Strawberry Mojito Green Tea, Honeydew Milk Tea and the Supreme Fruit Tea. However, I really don't think you can go wrong here.I am not a huge fan of boba in my drink so I can't speak to how they taste, but there are various options for toppings here! The staff has always been friendly and willing to answer questions and the drinks come out very quickly!

I recently visited itea Orlando, located inside Lotte Asian Market in Orlando, and overall, I had a positive experience with their delicious boba drinks. However, I must mention that the customer service left something to be desired.I have been a frequent customer at itea Orlando and have always enjoyed their drinks. The variety and taste are excellent, which is why I continue to return. However, on my recent visit, I encountered an issue with the cashier that left a negative impression. The cashier, a Hispanic short girl who took my order, was not friendly at all. When my drinks were ready, I politely asked for a bigger straw as the one provided was smaller and less convenient for me. Instead of accommodating my request with a smile, she made it seem like a big deal and handed me the straw with an angry face. This interaction left me feeling disappointed and disheartened.Furthermore, when I asked for her name, she suddenly stuttered and claimed she didn't have one. I found this response quite peculiar. After persisting and asking her name in Spanish, she finally told me her name was Griselda. Although I cannot confirm if this is her real name, the exchange felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.itea Orlando should pay more attention to their customer service. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere can greatly enhance the overall experience. It would be great to see the staff exhibit more warmth and professionalism towards customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

This was a good place to have a refreshing drink. Two nights ago, I went with my partner and a short and rude Mexican woman took a while to realize that we wanted to place an order because she was on the phone. When I did, she was very direct and lacked customer service skills. I ordered two kiwi drinks without ice and the glass was less than half full… It seems like the drinks are 70% ice, not worth the high price, and also seeing the cashier’s bad attitude (she doesn’t look like someone who is qualified to serve customers). In general, to get drinks, I prefer to drive to another place, but now we know.”

I encourage the management to address these concerns so that every visit can be enjoyable from start to finish.

just heads up, for a $6+ dollar drink and you ask simply for no ice, just expect to not have a full drink, but missing over a quarter.. not worth it anymore esp to have ice that melts while at work..

This is an OK place to grab a drink. It took the batista a while to realize we were wanting to order because she was on her phone, but by time we were assisted, she was very blunt and had no customer service skills. I ordered the passionfruit tea with lychee jelly. It was good, but I don't think it was worth the high price. I've had better without spending as much, elsewhere. Overall, to get drinks, I'd rather drive to another place, but now we know. The food area is a great place though!

I used to love this place despite the high prices but today I decided this will be the last time . After I paid for my drink I was waiting for the beeper, the Mexican woman who took my order told me she handed it to me and I told her no you haven’t and she had that accusatory look and I even showed her my purse and that’s the only time she handed it to me. So when my drink was ready, I retrieved it and I told her to her face I’m not coming back because of her attitude. I was like , wow your drinks are Expensive and you give attitude. That’s very bad for business.

Customer service was really poor! Ordered a drink, forgot to say sweetness level and when I got it , it was over the top undrinkable for me sweet. When I asked if they could remake it or adjust it by pouring half out to add milk, I was told they had to charge me another dollar to add milk. I paid the dollar and still could only take about one sip after. I hated having to waste about 8 dollars on a drink I couldn’t drink. Very disappointing.

Not bad but not amazing. I had the Jasmine tea and it looks like they use fresh leaves. I've tried their other teas too and it's just ok.

Hello Yelpers! Although this review is short, it is worth the read. I Tea is located in Lotte Market and is a stand alone kiosk. Every time I have visited, I have never been disappointed. Their vibe is calm and welcoming and even though it's simple, you won't be disappointed. The service I receive every time has been on par and I have never had a bad experience. This time I ordered the Honey Dew Milk Tea. Like always, flavor was on point, not too sweet, just enough boba, and just enough ice. I usually alternate between Honey Dew and Taro, but either way you can't go wrong. With this Florida Summer heat, I Tea keeps you cool and satisfies your thirst and your sweet tooth. If you're in the area check them out and support small businesses!Happy eat and travel adventure! I give this place a 10/10!
