Easily the worst food and service I’ve got in 15 years. Everything was burnt except the “toast”. The toast was soggy bread with liquid butter.

Came on Saturday around 1pm. Was not busy. Waited 25 minutes to be seated, then waited 25 minutes to make an order. Nobody appeared to take an order, we had to leave. Awful service

Carla is the true definition of High Quality Customer Service and just an overall amazing human being. My friends and I went for breakfast. We were warmly greeted upon entry and seated. Carla took care of us and is the definition of an MVP! She was the host, chef and the waiter. She really needs reinforcement IHOP, she’s a gem and an asset to your organization. Although she had a million things juggling, she still managed to pull off the best customer service I’ve ever received at any IHOP in the USA! Great job Carla! 10/10⭐️✨⭐️ I truly hope she gets the recognition for her dedication and commitment that she deserves.
