Carla is the true definition of High Quality Customer Service and just an overall amazing human being. My friends and I went for breakfast. We were warmly greeted upon entry and seated. Carla took care of us and is the definition of an MVP! She was the host, chef and the waiter. She really needs reinforcement IHOP, she’s a gem and an asset to your organization. Although she had a million things juggling, she still managed to pull off the best customer service I’ve ever received...
Yesterday, late in the morning, we visited this IHOP. We are from Port St. Lucie, and I believe our server’s name was Mira or Mora. She provided us with exceptionally professional and friendly service. We left her a generous tip and wanted to share our feedback because we rarely experience service of such high quality. Although she seemed unwell, she still gave her very best.
