My family had breakfast at IHOP this morning before going to SeaWorld and it was honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had on this trip. The place was busy but everything came out fast. Our server RJ was so funny and made the breakfast more enjoyable with his jokes. Definitely recommend requesting him if you go.

Carla is the true definition of High Quality Customer Service and just an overall amazing human being. My friends and I went for breakfast. We were warmly greeted upon entry and seated. Carla took care of us and is the definition of an MVP! She was the host, chef and the waiter. She really needs reinforcement IHOP, she’s a gem and an asset to your organization. Although she had a million things juggling, she still managed to pull off the best customer service I’ve ever received...
