Ate here on a family trip and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to our server, Adriana. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. The whole stay she was attentive. Overall, great customer service and food.
Me and my family came in for lunch. I stepped off to use the rest room and came back 15 min later and my wife is still standing there. No acknowledgment from staff or anything. It wasn’t super busy like I’ve seen this place in the past. No one was at the host podium.
Junior is amazing!! I've never had such prompt and attentive service at an IHOP before. He's knowledgeable and communicates well with the kitchen, I'd go back just for him.
