The reason I gave this ihop a 1 star is because of the manager Allie. Not the waitress. The waitress was great. But Allie was told my blueberry pancakes were raw in the center they were still gummy and batter was there not cooked good at all. Then they remade my pancakes and they were still raw in the center and I told Allie the manager on duty and she said she would not give me my money back or anything but take the 2.00 blueberrys off my bill. She said how was that and I told her to treat me the way she would like to be treated and I don't think she did that. I really wanted my pancakes and everyone knows how it is when you want what you want and that ruined my meal. All Allie was worried about was being right! Not making the customer. Bc she told me that my pancakes were not raw and I told her if you see batter that is raw and not edibal.

Our Thanksgiving After-dinner breakfast was an amazing experience thanks to the professionalism, efficiency, and kind hearted nature of our delightful server JEAN. She is not only amazing at her job, but she knows how to be hospitable without breaking character, and she emenates joy. Even her co-worker Ashley, who greeted and helped seat us, displayed above-and-beyond kindness and professionalism. Of all the various places I have gone to eat at, this was one of the most stand-out experiences when it comes to impeccable (and personal) service. People like these two should be rewarded for setting the standard for service in every facet of the word. JEAN you rocked our world thank-you for serving us on a holiday!

JEAN IS WONDERFUL! If you really want to get your moneys worth ask for JEAN! She is so loving, caring and comes with a lot of energy. She is going above and beyond for IHOP and they need to get this woman PAID. Best waitress I’ve had in a long time. Service was just as great as the food and will be returning with more people!
