The prices are cheap and the food (breakfast) is good enough. Kameisha was our server. She was personal and professional. The place is well kept.
Waited to long to be seated and also for my order to be taken. Manager was standing right by the front desk. Too busy talking to a girl for at least 10 minutes. Instead of greeting customers. The place smelled bad, in need of a good cleaning. Definitely not going back there to eat. I highly not recommend this place. Next time I will go to Denny's!
Not bad overall but not good either. We had somewhere we had to be. We made sure to ask if they could get the food out to us by a certain time. We were reassured that we would have the food out way before that time. We ordered our drinks, I had ordered only one side, which was shredded hash browns and my daughter ordered a side of bacon. My husband ordered a breakfast that should be easy enough to cook quickly. They were not busy. Well after 30 minutes we were getting worried after 45 minutes we got up and said we either need our food to go or we need to just pay for our drinks and leave. So, then suddenly we had our food ready but we were like please put it in to go boxes. The waitress Margaret was like "Oh I didn't realize you were in a hurry". I thought you might have figured that out Margaret when we told you we had somewhere to be and when we had to leave by. 45 minutes and we were told 10-15 minutes tops doesn't cut it. It wasn't busy we were told 10-15 minutes and 45 minutes later we still had nothing. The food was good as we ate it in the car but the service was lousy. She told my husband sorry and that she hadn't realized we were in a hurry. Once again, we mentioned this before we ordered. This is why we ordered foods we knew could be done quickly and why we stopped there since they were not busy.
The music feed trumps even your own thoughts, let alone any conversation you wanted to have, plus it was the most horrid music as well. I mean BAD. The service? Hmmm. Interesting is all I can say. Clearly stated orders were repeated completely wrong and then had to be reiterated a few times...although when we FINALLY (a significant amount of time for a totally dead and vacant reataurant) got our orders they were correct. I was told that my additional order of a diet coke
It took 5 minutes to get me seated in a nearly empty restaurant. It took another 6 minutes to get my drink after I told them what I would like while I watched people who came in after me get their drinks. And people who came in about a 10 after I did received their orders about 20 minuets before I did. I ordered an omelette, toast and bacon and it took them 45 minutes to get it out to me. I am very dissatisfied with the service.
The me cook prepares the food ask asked. Very tasty. The waitress host Desiree knew the menu and knew her job expertly functioning with ease. Atmosphere is good and mist will be glad they dropped in for a good dinning experience.
We were on our way back to NC from our trip to Orlando and decided to stop and eat breakfast at IHOP. The wait was about 30 minutes, there was no system as to what patron was next. Once we got into the dining room, there we're about 12 empty tables, which lead us to wonder why we waited so long. I asked for heated syrup, it never came so I just went to the neighboring table to get the room temp syrup. The waiter was nice however, the entire vibe didn't feel like IHOP's I've visited in the past. I wouldn't return upon my next visit to Florida!
Worst Ihop I have ever been to..
We eat out every couple days, and I have to tell you this was the worst we ever had, after waiting for the server to eat some of her dinner, She took our order, and went back to her dinner, another party entered the dinner and she knew them so she cleaned a table for them chatted some them entered our order into the computer. She again went back to the party she knew talking to them and eating some more of her dinner. After a long period of time she brought our order to us, n
Currently waiting for 15 minutes just to place a to go order. Was told to be patient - really all the guy has to do is take the order. I understand they're busy with only two servers but I could have had the order placed and gone in the amount of time I've been standing here. In addition a call in order was answered and the man told the caller "we are not taking phone orders we are slammed" and hung up on the caller. Absolutely worst service ever. I can't understand how they can allow two people to stand here for this long just for a to go order as there is another gentleman waiting behind me!
