Just finished eating here. The food was the best food I've ever had at any ihop. I ordered the blueberry pancakes, hash browns and eggs. I finished every bite and the entire time while eating I was in disbelief of how tasty everything was. The food looked absolutely beautiful coming to the table as well. I highly recommend this ihop! The atmosphere is quiet and the waitress was very nice. We will be coming back and I don't want to go to any other ihop ever again.

Well where do I begin. We were greeted when we walked in and seated immediately. We sat at our table for 5 or so minutes before our server even came over. Take in mind she was serving and cleaning a table right behind us. She never said, "I will be right with you." or "Can you give me a couple of minutes?". No acknowledgement! When she finally came to the table, she never introduced herself, just went straight to Good Morning what can I get you to drink? We placed our order and our food came. My son's chicken tenders were burnt and my food was lukewarm. My son sent his food back, while waiting on the food she stood in the window the whole time. I needed hot syrup and hadnto wait for her to come back. By the time she returned my food had gotten cold. If you notice I kept calling my server "she" , becauseb I didnt learn her name until I received my bill. I didn't enjoy sitting in Nikole's section. I didn't feel welcomed as acustomer. To make the whole experience worst, when I received my receipt, she put "X" next to the spots that needed to be completed and wrote CUSTOMER on my copy. Not an experience I ever had at an IHOP. Do better

Service was only good because of our waitress Crystal was awesome. The cooks in the kitchen need work and other waitresses can have better customer service. The country fried chicken was too tough and over cooked, being that it took a long time to receive our food I’m guessing that explains why the chicken was over cooked. The Black Forest ham on the egg cheese sandwich i ordered was old and smelled foul. I would not eat here again.

Walked in to a smelly dirty wait area. When we were sat at the table it still had previous guests food crusties on the table. The coffee pot that is normally placed at the table was so disgustingly dirty on the outside of it. Menus were dirty. We walked out before anyone came back to the table. As we were walking out a young blond lady handling food/plates wiped her nose down her arm and hand and continued to prep food. Definitely not a clean restaurant

We had a party of 9 had to be sat at 2 different booths waited 45 minutes to be seated, my daughter's waffle was soggy my sirloin tips were over cooked and cold along with my eggs and fries being cold but my pancakes were goodRestaurant inside and outside is dirtyI did not choose to go to this IHOP my family member did we were celebrating my grandsons birthdayI will never go back to this location again(I will stick to going to the one on university much nicer)The waitress was really nice though

It was on St. Valentine's Day, I decided to treat myself. There are no pancakes in the house, a little disappointed ?. However, the server was very polite and offered French toast. Decaf coffee was delicious ?.

Stop in for dinner was just 2 people, a young cook and waitress, Ordered a dinner salad with crispy chicken. The worse salad that I ever had. Some of the lettuce was yellow and some lettuce were brown and soggy. I told the waitress.
