Worst Ihop in Orlando, the cashier was no trained at all, she took 30 minutes for only one customer, she does not have any clue about cashier machine. No mask policy, long lines waiting. I will never come back here.

Ordered three meals from this restaurant and two were totally screwed.. Both were country fried steak with regular hashbrowns and eggs over easy... They came with no gravy, hash browns almost burnt and eggs looked like flat hard boiled eggs with no runny yolk.. Tried calling 4 times and was hung up on after a few minutes of it ringing... Will never order here again.. Don't take my word look at the pic and you decide

My experience is based on an online/to-go order. I have literally driven past this IHOP location for decades and wrote it off due to the sketchy-looking exterior. As I was craving "breakfast for dinner", and that was the only option close by that was open, I figured I'd finally give them a shot. Aside from hitting a pothole in the parking lot, I have nothing negative to say. I ordered scrambled eggs, sausage links, hash browns, and pancakes. My food was ready when I arrived, and my order was prepared correctly--hot, fresh, and tasty--consistent with what I would expect from any IHOP. All necessary utensils and condiments were packaged with my food, including syrup, butter, ketchup, salt & pepper. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again, as IHOP is open later than many of the other local diners. I wish they would work on their curb appeal (and re-pave the parking lot, lol); they would probably get a lot more business.

I must say am not a fan of IHOP but this one was absolutely clean and their food was spectacular for an affordable breakfast my grandson was excited with his sprinkled pancake i do no know why i did not take a picture.

My waitress was the worst waitress I’ve ever had. I wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast with my son for the morning of Fourth of July and the service was awful. My server seemed unhappy to help us. I waited a while for her to even come and even get to our table for drinks when it was still early in the day and not busy. If it wasn’t for common courtesy I would’ve left her nothing for a tip. All I was asked was, “what do you want to drink? And what would you like to order”. And to top it off my son and I got sick afterwards. It’s safe to say I’ll NEVER go back to this location! She was an older Caucasian women.

Even though most of staff were new and restaurant was full, people were still coming in and no delay time. I had a nice young man that took very good care of us. Food and service were excellent, great team work. Will be making this place my to go breakfast place.

This store is unprofessional, bad service. I sat for over 15mins for someone to even take my order. And I had to get up and ask for someone to come and take my order and The server was rude. I can't speak on the food because I didn't stay to find out. Would not recommend eating here.

This place is sad. It's was not busy we walked out after 10 minutes sitting at the table . No introduction finish it all and some for when you go beverage order was even taken. Now I understand why this place has a very extremely poor rating. Forest service for restaurant needs renovating badly. I'm surprised why is it still open when it's dirty and the health department has not looked at the place yet. It's a shame because I was a server for 15 years. And I've never seen it this bad.
