The waitress and the manager are very nice although we had to wait a long time to get a table without attention. The food is not great as it looks but it is good.

Usually coming to this location I don't have any problems. The food is great and the service is awesome. But today of all days, For my son's birthday he wanted pancakes so we came for his enjoyment. However, the service and not meet expectations today. The server was the manager and she had the order correct however, I had to beg for her to refill my fiance and my drink. But noticed she was catering to the other tables every time they asked for something. Whether she was racist or not, I'm a long-time server/manager and that's not how you handle your tables. As far as the food, the kid's smiley face pancake wasn't worth the money, the Big Steak omelette had more hash browns than steak.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast and I got incredibly bad service. First of all, there is no one to greet you at the door. After waiting for about ten minutes, I managed to force myself to show myself to a kitchen staff working inside, and finally the waiter came and greeted me. I was able to place my order long after I was seated, but they forgot my tea. There were only two people working in the restaurant. One was a waitress and the other a kitchen worker who saw me first. He was taking orders from other tables wearing a horribly dirty kitchen apron. Not only his apron, but the back of his pants and even his shoes were terrible. It is doubtful how clean the kitchen is. Since my waiter forgot the tea, the kitchen staff helped me and I was able to get the tea 15 minutes later. Also, the bread I ordered with my omelette came after the meal. Again, the pancake I ordered with the omelette never arrived. I went to the restaurant to eat but I didn't even get a proper fork and spoon. They gave me a small plastic fork and spoon of very poor quality. I didn't get a to go order, why I got that plastic utensils?
It was NYE so understandably it's slow. But the food was cold which was a shame because the omelets are good here. The best part is Hamid and his awesome service which made it all worth it.
