My waitress came to table, took my order with arms folded because she was feeling cold. Apparently, after getting served, my food was cold wind you the AC at the location was turned up after having my meal set and waited and waited and waited. Still no server to bring my bill so I got up and walked to the front at that point someone at the front I guess went and got the server so she can give me a bill now I understand people will be people however if you’re doing a job that is in the service industry your job is serve. I am not saying to show up every five minutes at the table, however sitting at the table having a meal, finishing my meal and 15 minutes later, still no server comes over or even passed by Tells me that the person who is doing a job is just a dear to collect a check that case she’s in the wrong job she needs to get into a 9 to 5 factory maybe even a Walmart situation where that will be her case she doesn’t have to deal with people as far as serving them, just do what you gotta do clockin. Clockout no I did read the reviews prior to going to this location and I guess the reviews are mostly accurate. will not be coming to this IHOP again

1 star cause my server Jay was real nice despite my poor experience at ihop. 50 whole dollars for 2 nasty meals is insane. The meals were remade and still were horrible. I’ve never had pancakes disintegrate. Literally inedible. Appetite ruined. Then the bathroom had no soap, napkins or toilet paper at 12 in the afternoon. Now how are the employees washing their hands after using the bathroom ?! Came hungry. Left hungry.

I just moved here and I have been going to Dennys very reasonable and it's been great food and great service. But I do like IHOP omelets. So I got doordash. Got the bacon omelet had no bacon, no cheese on it. It was burnt and out of the 3 pancakes the one on the bottom was totally burnt and the other 2I picked them up and they shredded like in half. I've never seen a pancake Do that. It was awful so pretty muc I just wasted $25 and threw away my breakfast FYI go to Dennys.

The food is ok. Cooked the way you ask for the most part. The issue with this place is the staff. I am unsure if they are perpetually understaffed or if it's just that one or three people have called out at any given moment. The end result is that the staff is rude and very slow at bringing out the meal you are paying for. Be prepared to parce out your drink also because there is a very strong chance it's the only one you are going to get.Vegetarian options: There are more than a few options. It's a pancake house. Skip the eggs and breakfast meat and you should be good to go.Dietary restrictions: They say on the menu that certain things are made with nuts, eggs, etc. You just have to read the menu. It is not expansive, nor is it front and centered but it's there.

I came to this restaurant by myself, Lind story short, I ordered my food, and it came out eventually and I started eating, yes I noticed two extra ingredients weren’t on my omelette but I was still enjoying it.I told the server, we’re missing the two added ingredients but it’s okay, just take them off the bill. In the middle of me eating a spork full in my mouth, she takes my plate and says I’ll be right back, comes out with a new plate, that was rushed and not nearly as good as the first plate when I told her I wanted the first plate.This is the second time here, and the first was even more pathetic. I left before even being seated that time. It’s a waste of money and energy coming here.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant. We took our daughter and grandsons here while visiting Orlando and it was a huge mistake. It took forever to get seated, even longer to be waited on and actually get food. The food we received looked nothing like the photos on the menu. This restaurant is extremely understaffed and needs MUCH more training. I will never stop at an IHOP again based on this experience. Nobody could even eat their food, it was terrible!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE FOOD. DO NOT EAT HERE.We waited about 5 mins to be seated even though there was only 1 other table eating when we arrived. My food was edible, my husband’s burger was disgusting with old and soggy tomatoes and lettuce, and missing several ingredients (cheese and bacon), my daughters happy face pancake meal never arrived because they were “waiting for the boiled egg to be ready” — something that takes 10 minutes, but at this empty restaurant took over 40 minutes.The manager never came out to talk to us or apologize or explain what the hold up was. They took a good 10-15 mins to give us the receipt and process payment. While we were waiting, another gentleman walked towards the back to express his disappointment that he had been waiting for a while to be seated as well. While we were paying for our gross food, our waiter was talking badly about the customer who had just walked out and giving my husband attitude as well.This place needs to shut down. You clearly don’t know what decent customer service is or how to properly prepare food.Please share your GM’s contact information in your response to this review because we do need to talk about this.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant. We took our daughter and grandsons here while visiting Orlando and it was a huge mistake.
