Il Mulino New York Trattoria

This is our favorite family restaurant in the entire US. Recommend everything in the menu!

We come here a lot. Probably been 25 times. Normally the service and food are great. Normally the ambience is nice. This time they missed the mark by a long shot. Had to ask for refills several times. My wine glass was empty for 10-12 minutes. And the room we were in had a table for 6 adults and 3 children. It was a NIGHTMARE! Screaming, banging on the table, yelling and drinking like they were at a club. 1 table in our room actually got up to move mid service! We heard them slurring to the waiter they were Cuban / Lebanese from Miami, and I have never seen a ruder party (hopefully they read this and realize how out of control they were). Food was not bad, but not great. Our servers were completely absent. So bad, that for the first time in years I tipped 15%! I'm normally a 22-25% kinda guy. Very disappointed, meal was a horrible experience . This is a shame because we always have a great experience here in previous visits.

This was the best experience we have had in a long time, Carmelo, Tony, Franklin, Hunter and Conor were the best staff... and the food OMG - best and most flavorful meal in a long time!

The carbonara was gross, it tasted like unflavored fettuccini Alfredo. There were only 6 clams in the $30 linguine vongole, which js completely unacceptable. The Caesar salad tasted awful. This location is an embarrassment to the il mulino New York name.

We had Steve and Carmano as our servers. Impeccable service throughout the whole dining experience. They went above and beyond our expectations. Also to mention Grace at the bar made us a Fifty States Vodka on the rocks with a splash of club and cranberry. It was delicious. And lastly, Andrea at the hostess desk did us a great job putting us with our great servers. We will be back soon.😎

Place was beautiful, all staff super nice but food was not that great, i had penne with sauce and the sauce tasted like jar sauce, could not eat it.

Service was painfully slow both times we dined. Over an hour between ordering and receiving entrees.

While the servers and drinks were good, food was less than it should have been for the price. Was so loud you could barely have a conversation with the person next to you. Was minimally better at dinner table. Would i eat here again? No

Very good business dinner experience. Prices on high side but in the middle of Disney so mix of tourist and vacation patrons.

Great service and food was delicious. However the noise level was unbearable to where I couldn't even hear my conversation with my wife sitting right next to me.

Only a fair experience, the spinach that came with the salmon were undercooked and difficult to chew, not the best experience.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, there was a conference at the hotel which changed the atmosphere for those not in the conference. For starters the bar was reserved for the conference so we couldn't enjoy a drink before our reservation. The service was competent but definitely not warm. More rushed and impatient. The food was excellent.

Wife and I were looking for a nice place to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Great service and atmosphere and the food was fantastic as well.

Quality and value of our meal and service was excellent. They even surprised us with a free dessert and limoncello after our meal that we were not expecting.

Our ~20th time at Il Mullin, historically a favorite restaurant of ours. They have changed quite a few recipes on the menu. For us, not for the better.
