Im not certain what the issue is with this place but the staff for the most part are very rude and don’t seem to care for a lot of their patrons. They do seem to care about some though; which is why I’m not sure what their deal is.Needless to say the food was. It extraordinary or even authentic Italian (I’ve had much better at mainstream chain restaurants like Carabbas and Olive Garden, I was kind of surprised by that). For the price tag it’s a waste.Luckily there are many other restaurants at the Swam and Dolphin resort, this one though will never see us again.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in the Magic Kingdom. I had the veal Parmesan which is one of the best I have ever had. Also, Todd behind the bar is awesome!Kid-friendliness: Kids are not allowed at the bar.
The server Danica and the wine was the best. The pizza was “bowling alley quality” at best, service was incredibly slow for two servers and an assistant. Food was decent but not as expected. It’s a shame to say we were very un impressed and after they realized it was slow, they blamed our children saying they should just go to bed instead of admitting it was incredibly slow. If you have time, it’s okay for a slow paced, great bar, facility but not worth it for dinner.

Il Mulino at the Swan deserves every bit of its 5 stars! The chicken parm was incredible - perfectly crispy and flavorful. The penne rigate was cooked to al dente perfection and the sauce was divine. But what truly made the night special was the service. Nick and Alexis were attentive, friendly, and made us feel like royalty. We'll definitely be back!

Service was great and the atmosphere is fantastic. Unfortunately the food did not match. Carbonara was gross, and smelled like spoiled milk. Chicken Parm was tough and not good at all. Considering the price, place was a total rip-off. Extremely disappointed. Will not be back. Ever.

Just finished a great meal at Il Mulino at the Swan hotel at Disney. Service was an A+. Steven and Carmelo were outstanding, super friendly, and personable. Food was an A+. We had the Bronzino, Fettuccini Alfredo, and the Veal Milanese. Wow. Did not disappoint. I highly highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning….hopefully soon. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. Treat yourself on vacation or for a special occasion.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly portions and options. Staff was great dealing with kids.

Our meal was absolutely fantastic and the only thing that was better was our server, he was the best and made the whole experience a 10 out of 10. Definitely worth a visit if you are staying at Swan & Dolphin or the other nearby hotels.

The service was fabulous. Grace the one bartender is consistently wonderful. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. In the dining room, Howie, Kevin and Malden were wonderful. They were all friendly, efficient and went above and beyond to create a wonderful birthday celebration for my husband. We have been coming here for many years and will continue this. The food is great and the environment is fun, classy and enjoyable!
For people who are ordering Bronzino, which is the Mediterranean fish just to let you know there is a pork belly on the fish so if you think that whatever they put on the top of the fish is like a some type of Hable it is not so if you're not a pork eater, make sure you specify that they don't put that on because I had that issue and it's not really listed or it's listed under a different name on the menu.  by the way on the entire world. This is the first restaurant that serves fish with pork that I've ever seen.
We really love our experience at Mulino restaurant. It was a beautiful place, we were in a small room alone and loved it. The food was perfect and verry fast. We were accomodate for our allergy. Our server was friendly and did a amazing job (++ he speak french). I recommended this restaurant !! ***** 5 stars

Service was excellent! Our server Alessandro was very polite and helpful in explaining the menu and offering us a complimentary limoncello after our meal. Wonderful experience! I recommend!!

Food and service was excellent. Our waiter recommended the rigatoni with sausage which was delicious. The head waiter recommended the cheesecake, also delicious. I wish I could remember both of their names as they joked around with us but at the same time being very professional. May be my new favorite restaurant at Disney. Only complaint was it was rather loud as they were currently hosting two large business groups.

We went here on the 1st night of our honeymoon after driving from San Antonio, everything was amazing!! Even the bread basket was top notch, our waiter Howie was so attentive and personable and made the whole dining experience perfect for us, we will definitely be coming back!!
