Celebrated my birthday there. I ordered veal milanese. It was ok. Wife got shells and they were ok as well. Got a lasagna and some desserts to go. Salad was very good and service was too. Nothing special really.
Definitely nothing "fancy," but the food was "ok" and the prices were good, not too expensive at all. The atmosphere is bright and somewhat tight, very loud with chatter. It is not a good "date" venue if you are looking for something romantic or want to have a quiet conversation. The service was what you would expect from a restaurant like this. I would say that it is a nice family restaurant with reasonable pricing and pretty good food.

Great old school Italian-American food. Similar to what you would find in a lot of joints in NY/up North. Good solid comfort food, nothing too fancy, excellent prices that haven’t skyrocketed over the years. Hearty portions for both dine in and take out, we always have plenty to take home. Absolutely wonderful tiramisu. It’s a little dated inside but in a charming old school diner sort of way.
