The customer service was excellent, our waitress was phenomenal and William one of the sushi chef bar was extremely knowledgeable. Our experience at Illume in Orlando was truly fantastic! The outdoor dining with its breathtaking view of the Disney Magic Kingdom fireworks was absolutely spectacular a perfect backdrop to an amazing meal.
Our waitress, Taylor, was wonderful so attentive and knowledgeable. And Danny, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring a flawless evening. The food was delicious, and the service from Taylor and Danny made it an unforgettable visit. Highly recommend for a special night out!

Anniversary dinner with friends, we enjoyed the food and service very much. We sat in a spot that wasn't great, near one of the fridges, and they couldn't accommodate moving us, but the rest of the meal was terrific.
We did the Omakase thirteen course dinner and it was wonderful. Jean and Don were so thorough explaining everything and a pleasure to spend dinner with. The view is amazing, staff is wonderful across the board, and the ambiance is great as well.
Consider this restaurant for excellently done cocktails, the food and ambiance are lacking. We visited last week, the furniture is oversized and uncomfortable. The chairs are too low with a table way too high. One of our sushi rolls fell apart as the rice of the wagu roll was gummy. You can ignore their self proclaimed #1 Japanese restaurant in Orlando tagline.
Dining here was an experience! The atmosphere was incredible, we loved the decorations and the very comfortable seating. The service was amazing, Jacob our server gave some great recommendations and was extremely personal and fun.The drinks were very interesting. The food was to die for! The sushi was great! The Wagu was a delectable treat! But the teriyaki salmon was the most delicious, succulent, mouth watering perfectly cooked, expertly seasoned, beautifully presented, heavenly dish I have had in so so long. We will be returning anytime we are near the area, the price tag may be high, but they have earned each cent of it.

Nice presentation of the sushi. Good service, food and atmosphere. They treated us with mango mochi since it was my wife’s birthday, I would pay for that dessert again it was so good. We also got to see the Disney fireworks from the outdoor patio which was nice. They’re far, but you can still see and hear them.
