My order was accidentally delivered to the wrong address and although I got refunded, they still sent out another order for free. Great customer service.
Cookies were tasty but they are very small the same size as a store bought cookie 5in. I bought 3 for $10. Not worth the price. 😭

If you have a nut allergy I wouldn’t even waste your time. When I asked if the cookies are cross contaminated with peanuts i was told they use the same spatula for all the cookies! And was told the gluten free options were my safest bet.

The cookies were very good & this place has the best people that work there! Theresa & Abigail were so nice & that makes all the difference in the world! My order time needed to be changed & they accomodated me w/ that! I will definitely be ordering more from this company, thank you Insomnia Cookies!

ABSOLUTELY overpriced. Dry. Stale. Equal to a grocery store "bakery" cookies, but even less fresh. Will NOT order again. If you want real quality cookies, order from Gabriella's Cakes & Co - Insomnia is literally overpriced ridiculousness. You can get the same cookies for MUCH less at Weis or Walmart bakery, or even Wegmans has fresher and cheaper cookies. So disappointed and sad. Going to leave a review on their main website. The cookies tasted like they were 2-3 days old.
