I take a bit of issue with the idea that a manager here would coerce a pregnant girl into quitting her job. I know most people don’t care whose cookies they eat but I wouldn’t feed these to a dog I don’t like.

Very convenient location. Ordered 4 cookies and it was around $20. Cookies kept in a heated tray under register. Some of the cookies were amazing others didn't taste good at all. Expensive for what you get.

Good cookie and ice cream place, my boyfriend and I enjoy getting some treats after our long days at work. I work until 10, usually he works until 10:30 so its about 11 by the time we get there, they're still open at that time, and we enjoy picking out our cookies and ice cream. It is a little pricey though

I ordered cookies for delivery and they never arrived to me as instructed and pre-paid for. The manager this evening shared with me that this “happens all of the time”, however no refund was provided nor was there an attempt at re-delivery.

The person at the store was great but the issue was with the cookie delivery.
I scheduled a delivery for my daughter at 3pm at her firm in Binghamton. I included instructions to text her so that she could meet the driver at the main entrance.
Her and I both received a text from Insomnia saying the cookies were picked up and could be delivered in an estimated time of seven minutes. My daughter went outside to meet them by the door. The estimated time passed and she didn’t receive them.
A few minutes later we both received a text saying it was delivered. I contacted my daughter and she said she didn’t receive anything and no one had come to the dorm delivering cookies.
I contacted the store and was told the app was faulty because the order was just picked up a few minutes earlier. My daughter waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes and still no cookies.
I contacted the bakery again and the my explained I needed to cancel through Door Dash I informed them that I placed the order directly through the Insomnia website. She said they don’t have their own drivers until 7pm and need to utilize Door Dash drivers for delivery and that it was an issue with them not making the deliveries.
She canceled my order but it’s disappointing. I was looking forward to celebrating my daughter with the cookies!

My partner and I ordered cookies at 12:45am. Initial estimated time of delivery on website showed 30-45 mins. After waiting until almost 2am. We attempted to call the store and was met with an automated message saying the location was closed at 1am. The insomnia cooke website showed that the location was open until 3am. There was no easy way to cancel the order through the app or through the corporate phone number. The app should not have allowed the order to be placed, or the store should have reached out/canceled the order before they closed if they were not able to fulfill the order. When corporate finally did answer they insisted that the location was still open, even though the phone system clearly states they closed at 1am.
Love the cookies, hate the extremely rude staff who yells at customers and over charges. Its a cookie store the vibes shouldnt be thaaaaaat bad. Quit your job lady if you hate it thaaaaat much.
