If you have a nut allergy I wouldnât even waste your time. When I asked if the cookies are cross contaminated with peanuts i was told they use the same spatula for all the cookies! And was told the gluten free options were my safest bet.

The cookies were very good & this place has the best people that work there! Theresa & Abigail were so nice & that makes all the difference in the world! My order time needed to be changed & they accomodated me w/ that! I will definitely be ordering more from this company, thank you Insomnia Cookies!

ABSOLUTELY overpriced. Dry. Stale. Equal to a grocery store "bakery" cookies, but even less fresh. Will NOT order again. If you want real quality cookies, order from Gabriella's Cakes & Co - Insomnia is literally overpriced ridiculousness. You can get the same cookies for MUCH less at Weis or Walmart bakery, or even Wegmans has fresher and cheaper cookies. So disappointed and sad. Going to leave a review on their main website. The cookies tasted like they were 2-3 days old.
Was so excited to go there based on the pics, but staff was not welcoming and had an attitude. Although the ice-cream was good, the choc chip cookie was raw in the middle and the portion size for the price just isn't worth it. I won't be back.

Really overrated and overpriced. Girl was nice and ok, however , no cookies displayed and you really dont know what you are getting until you open the box. I wish i can return them, i just got so speechless in the car that I drove away. I was told it is a âcrumble cookie â competitor. It is funny, because âcrumble cookieâ by far better. I will never use this company. . This is what you get for over $30.

Insomnia cookies is a stand dedicated to cookies and ice cream. I tried the $3 chocolate chip cookies, and I was expecting something special and different, but they tasted like regular chocolate chip cookies. They were good, but not special. The cookies are kinda small for a cost of $3 each. To make things worse, about an hour after finishing my cookie, I had a small tummy ache from the hefty amounts of sugar and butter in the cookie. Itâs an alright cookie place, but not worth the price.

The workers, specifically one of them, was rude and disrespectful. They overcharged my friend and wouldnât change anything. The food was fine but this establishment needs workers who want to be there instead of being blatantly rude to their customers.
