Menu is a little confusing at first but it’s good

Cookies are good, but they keep getting my order wrong. Which is seriously disappointing at times.

Today, Valentine’s Day, I ordered 2 Six Pack boxes for my 2 Knights. The door dasher decided to take one of the boxes and delivered only one. Proceeded to tell me the receipt said 1 box of 1. I called the store and spoke with Kristy (manager) and she filled the order herself and said there were in fact to boxes and they were taped together. The door dasher never put info in the app of sent a picture and I was supposed to be given a PIN number and never got it. Kristy was amazing and replaced the box and had it delivered immediately! Next time I’m visiting, I will be coming in person to purchase more.

This place was absolutely amazing and I'd give 5 stars but my only problem was that there seems to be only 1 person working here and shake is named Abby. I loved the food and the service but Abby deserves a raise.

We ordered three cookies for $9, not worth the price honestly. The cookies are small and hard. Definitely not fresh :/ The employee in the back was watching football on the company computer and cheering very loudly for her team. Very unprofessional.

We have driven from LW twice to get cookies at this location. Kristi's customer service is superb 👌, she is so kind. We will definitely return and hope she is there each time.

Kristi, at Insomnia cookie University Blvd, is so kind. She has great customer service skills and makes me feel invited every time I visit. Since her arrival, it's been nothing but pleasurable for me. Thank you, Kristi, for just being you! Great work when you run it alone most times as well!!!!

These cookies are my favorite around university. I like the consistency of flavors. Their classic chocolate chunk cookie is really good. They're always boxed warm. The building is very small, with only about 2 seats. The staff is usually very nice. It is expensive.

We were blessed by shaun, he was seemed really chill and talked to us with a smile, honestly he gave us great service, id come again just to talk to him

I went on a Sunday at 3PM, the lady on the back eating came to tell us about an ice cream flavor that didn’t have a tag and with her greasy hands took a spoon and gave it to the other employee who was trying to help us but he was a little lost.
