Went here on a Thursday night after dinner to get something sweet. I've had insomnia cookies before, so I didn't expect any better or worse with the flavors. The cookies themselves were still fresh and tasty. What earned this place a solo star is the customer service. Young dude just leaning sideways up against the counter with his little wave cap on, didn't greet us, didn't tell us the total, didn't say a word. lol he just packed some little cookies and hit some buttons for the total and handed me my receipt in silence. Maybe it's a generational thing where people don't know manners or customer service or simple courtesy but apparently that's too much to ask for do better.

I'm a cookie fanatic and going to insomnia for a treat is an easy choice. Will the service always be stellar? No, but that's ok because it's Ally always quick. You get your cookies and you're out the door. Things can get a little pricey but I've realized I don't need a six pack, two is just fine. Insomnia is the OG but it's still the best in my opinion.

The customer service Alima S. was amazing. She was very patient with me because I couldn’t decide which cookie I wanted. She helped me with what was the best option for me to pick on the menu . The cookies are always soft and warm and delicious .
The cookies smash, but sadly they cannot run the store, always out or extremely late with pickup, so if you are good with waiting go for it
