I drove by here tonight and saw that they have closed. Sadly, what I think was a contributing factor was that the neighborhood was being transformed into something of an entertainment area and with an influx of trendy restaurants, some of the older neighborhood restaurants would fall to the wayside. The food was never great, but it was good and if you were in the neighborhood, it was convenient. The service was always good. It is a shame to see this place gone.

I went there with my family on a Saturday night, 1 hour to close. We were very well served, beer was great, and the food was delicious.It is a local restaurant that worth the visit.

There was only 1 guy taking orders and it was a busy night. Tables were dirty as they hadn't been wiped down.The food was good. My friend got chicken marsala and I got calzone. I only wish they'd stop baking my calzone so long. I don't like my crust so dark.Besides that it was very good!

The absolute worst place to order from. Are not even able to send the right sauces when ordered or speak proper English. The place has definitely gone down hill recently. Definitely the manager who I just talked to, had no clue about customer service an hung up on me.The worst place to eat an service absolutely sucks.Vegetarian options: There are none, worst place ever to eat

I ordered the chicken pesto, wings and soup! It looked like someone threw up on the chicken pesto. The wings taste freezer brunt. The soup and garlic knots were good. I probably won’t be back! It’s sad because it’s 5 minutes from my house. I still paid for the food that was ?.The service was great!!!!

Horrible service and their pizza is basic. This is a slice of white pizza, my 5 year old makes a better one. This is NOT how white pizza is made. This is some polka dot waste of money. It SHOULD have large clumps of ricotta, not this mess. It also has the consistency of cardboard.

Truly a classic Italian place! great food big portions! You feel like you’re in little Italy while inside the restaurant! Outside seating is nice and the road is quiet

First time here and not impressed with service at all. We will not return.I worked for Pizza Hut in the 80's and early 90's and I am so happy that they have kept this old red roof building well maintained. Too bad that the food and service are not as impressive.Seven parties sat in the dining room. We were a party of two that ordered a sandwich, order of wings with fries and an appetizer. We never received the appetizer and we waited over half an hour for our food to arrive to our to table. The other parties are also waiting a loooong time for their food.I ordered hot wings and two out of the ten wings had hot sauce on them. The wings were $1.50 each, the least they could do was put sauce on all of them. I had to ask for a cup of hot sauce and spice the wings myself. I am still waiting for the check to see if I am going to be charged extra for that.We have been here an hour and the wife is outside smoking her cigarette waiting for me to get the guest check to pay so we can leave. There was no charge for the hot sauce but the food was not worth the price. The wings were tough and difficult to eat. The portion of fries was small and definitely not worth $5.00.We have a family owned Italian restaurant closer to our house. We will be going there from now on. We have none of these negative issues when we choose to dine there.
Ordered mussels with linguini, lots of mussels in a soupy, tasteless marinara with no hint of tomato. Ever since it's been under a non Italian ownership it has steadily gone downhill. I won't go back again. It had been my favorite close restaurants, and I wish Tony and his chefs were still there.2 stars for the service.

So I go to order the Chicken parmigiana sub since I was really craving that, I asked to add onions, tomatoes, ricotta. Somehow all of this makes it go from $11 to $17. They make it & send it out to me to go when I told the lady for here twice. The sub barely has any meat on it, only ricotta for cheese for whatever d*** reason, no tomatoes & a tiny bit of onions. So I sent it back, for $17 the portions was atrocious & was missing the toppings I paid so much for anyways. So after getting it remade & them messing it up once again, I ask for a refund & the manager tries to lie saying I can’t get a refund because I touched the food.I am unsatisfied with your product & service so absolutely yes I’m getting a refund especially when it’s a $17 sandwich it better be really good at least & made accurately with the toppings you actually wanted.Go to stassio’s if you want actual Italian food by the way.

Arrived before 6 and left without our order at 7pm. I’ve been there at lunch many times and had good food & service, BUT:Place was very cold on a day when it was in the 40s outside and they would/could not turn on heat; said it wasn’t cold enough. They messed up our order and after an hour of waiting neither we, nor the group at another table who were there before us had our food. I paid for our drinks with cash and the guy made change from his own wallet—disturbing from a business standpoint. I am a very tolerant guy but am done with this place. We had a gift certificate for $25 but will NEVER go back to redeem it.

Let me tell you if your tired of trying to find the most amazing slice of pizza…..The Italian House Pizza& Restaurant is the best restaurant in Orlando.Hands downI never in my life had such a delicious Sicilian slice in my life… Me wife is not a big fan of Sicilian… ha until she had it at the Italian houseGrazie a Milli Bello !If your going some place else for pizza your missing out.
