Italian Village Pizza Orlando

Update: Italian Village finally answered, and I asked why my order was cancelled and the man said they were out of items, mozzarella sticks, sauce. Then told me they cancelled Slice for two weeks. He was argumentative and defensive, so I made a rude comment and just hung up, as I’m not eating to argue. Man, what a waste of time and effort, and no lunch.
If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a take out order, and Italian Village cancelled it. We were already there to pick it up. We asked why it was cancelled, and were told they did not have an item. We ordered a pepperoni pizza roll, a salad, two slices of pizza, garlic knots, and mozzarella sticks. We tried to ask what they didn’t have so we could get something else, but the person behind the counter walked away and did not come back out, so we left. I called the app, Slice, and was told per Italian Village they are closed until the 20th. That is not true, we were inside the building and they are open. Per Slice, Italian Village won’t answer their phone now, and I tried too, no luck. Now I cannot get my money back for more than 24 hours. And no food. Slice customer service was not helpful, just kept repeating the same thing, then they either hung up or disconnected. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had an issue with Italian Village before, and have ordered a lot over the years. I don’t know why they lied to Slice (if that’s true) and said they were closed. I don’t know why I was able to place an order on Slice if it was closed (Italian Village was clearly open). This whole thing is weird and leaves a bad taste.

This place is usually busy. Did they change owners? There was like three pies displayed. The soda machine was broken. The can drinks were in small fridge. Normally the fridge was stock full of dessert. It look like there was one worker and nobody was making pizza. Again was there a change in ownership?

This Pizzeria has changed so much. New owner doesn't look like keeping the place up to date is his outlook. For him is to sell. The area where before the pizza display counter was full with all types of pizza. Now its empty with pizza who knows how long it has been there. Yet, the pizza had a good flavor, asked for it crunch to bite but not. The refillable machine for drinks was broken and seemed it will not be fixed cause had can soda fridge. Too bad. It was once a good place to go and eat

I love this place. I remember when my Family first moved here & after a long day for us & the kids he gave us one of the most delicious Pizza’s that reminded us of the one back home in Brooklyn. All I got to say is this is our new Pizza Place. Try out you guys!

I have gone here a few times to eat. Food is always good. Why am I giving 1 star then for service? Because I placed an order for delivery today and after waiting almost an hour they call me to tell me order has been canceled due to not enough staff to prepare food. This shouldn't have taken an hour to tell the customer. Unacceptable!!!!

Outstanding food. Real New York style pizza. Malik was very friendly and kind to the us. We drove 40 minutes and very happy to have found this place.

There was a young guy there that was absolutely helpful! But then there was a Indian looking man that was there that was absolutely awful he was rude. If he wasn't I apologize Couldn't just politely speak to me about it anything. The photos are at the bottom. I even offered him a tip but then he gave it back because he knew he was rude then I even told him okay well give it to your nice co-worker in the back that's obviously younger than you and newer than you. And the younger one was absolutely great. I don't know if management has been changed but the older was absolutely rude. I come here all the time and the food is always great I don't know what this is the mushrooms weren't even cooked. I was absolutely appalled at this situation because I always go there after I get my nails done. Now this rude person that has been hired has absolutely turned me away

The door say they open at 11. I had a doctor's appointment in Orlando and figured we haven't been to this restaurant for years they had the best pizza and zeppolies. My kids and I show up at 1115 the door was open but we were told it doesn't open until 12. (Change the sign then) I came back at 2pm the door were locked. I drove an hour and a half home to cocoa hungry cause no other place has pizza like up north were im from.

Nasty, gross.

Great pizza amazing customer service, i must recommend this place. NY style pizza is great.
