The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Very much what you expect from a Chillis located in Orlando. Acceptable service. Dull and not very pleasant surroundings. Large plates of food where quantity is more important than quality.

This was the first place we decided to visit for a family of 9 and we had to wait a little (understandably without a reservation) but we were greeted and taken care of immediately. The restaurant had a great family vibe and the waiter took care of us, food was superb and the refillable drinks were always kept full. The waiter made our visit extra special taking care of our kids and even went as far to create a chocolate milkshake for my son as they didn’t have any chocolate milk so they made one with some sauce which was fun. Reasonable prices and superb service we will visit before we return home, highly recommended.

Walked in and the while place was dirty smelled like rotten fish. Didn't have half the stuff on the menu food was nasty service wasn't great either didn't even get the food. I walked out without part of my meal worse chili's ever and I've been to many up and down the east coast!!!! Stay clear!!!!!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
