Very much what you expect from a Chillis located in Orlando. Acceptable service. Dull and not very pleasant surroundings. Large plates of food where quantity is more important than quality.

This was the first place we decided to visit for a family of 9 and we had to wait a little (understandably without a reservation) but we were greeted and taken care of immediately. The restaurant had a great family vibe and the waiter took care of us, food was superb and the refillable drinks were always kept full. The waiter made our visit extra special taking care of our kids and even went as far to create a chocolate milkshake for my son as they didn’t have any chocolate...

Staff seemed really tense and unsmiling with the exception of the friendly lady who served us . I thing they may have staff issues as we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated even though the place was only a third full , lots of people were also turned away at the door . We took a drink at the bar while waiting only to be told after paying that the kids couldn't be in that area, that really should have been pointed out beforehand as they had to sit in the entrance , ww felt...
