This was our first time ordering from here. The wings were soggy and the fries we not hot. We threw the food away. Called the place to tell them about our experience. The manager said to bring the food back for a refund. We did not know that we could bring the food back as this was our first time here. Nothing else could be done for us. VERY disappointed. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

I have gone to many different restaurants and I will say that I was impressed by how well I was treated and how well they handled my order so fast I am very grateful to see that there is still restaurants that have employees who are really sweet and funny please know that I will be back to sit down and have a meal . Please know I very appreciated for your To Go service again thank you for the great service. I’ll be back!

We stopped here as was recommended on a Facebook site so here God first check my other reviews none bad most 4plus so went here about 5 on way from universal AN every Thu g was so poor service food toilets utensils every thing the burger was swimming in fat the server could not be bothered have us menu then investigates what we wanted I WILL never go to another Chili's ever

Family of 5 - The adults had fajitas (chicken & steak) which was delicious but luke warm. Kids pizzas were a good size and you could choose 2 sides. Delicious but the chips were cool. They were short staffed so it had taken a bit of a wait for the food to arrive so we didn't want to send anything back. Mini Moulten chocolate cake for dessert which was massive for the kids! It obviously went down well. Kids and my husband enjoyed their visit, I was underwhelmed.

Always smiling and happy to see us. Food is always on point and all the staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend this Chili’s to anyone wanting a a solid quick lunch and a cool refresher or two. Ask for Christie, she is amazing. Atty Edwin Marti, Jr.

Restaurant lacked atmosphere, let down by the service. Some of the examples of poor service are .... Waitress wearing a face mask around her kneck....rather there wasn't one to be seen to be honest. Waitress wandered around restaurant but missed the table we are on and therefore didn't ask how the meal was and if we needed any refills. No bill/check produced at the time of paying just a word of mouth bill so no idea what had been charged for...and had a tablet thrust in face whilst the waitress stood holding it to select my tip! When leaving another customer came in with a new born and got barked at that they couldn't just sit down they had to wait outside for 20 minutes. The place was empty, less than 20% full...no I know that they may not have been staffed for 100% so the wait could have been genuine to wait outside in such circumstances was crazy. Food was actually ok .

I ordered takeout while sitting in the restaurant lobby.The boneless wings weren't warm and were hard as if they'd been sitting for quite some time and then just Sauced after my order. The same with the fries.

Walked in here at circa 8:30pm last night to be advised in a half empty restaurant that a table wouldn't be ready for us for 20 minutes. We decided to wait. There was a young, very dim and slow petite girl at the entrance, along with a guy with glasses. They were literally looking at one another and did not have a clue between them. There were dirty tables and one of them could have managed the greeting whilst the other cleaned a few of the tables to at least make the restaurant more presentable. I have never seen such disorganised chaos in my life in visiting restaurants. 4 people who came in after us were then sat down before us and I went to enquire what our status was and the rude petite girl said "You've only been waiting for 17 minutes!" She then added it could now be 30 minutes. I used the restroom and there were people eating dessert with their dirty meal plates surrounding them. It was at this point we decided to leave. Not without telling them how useless they were of course! This needs addressing.
