I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Me and my husband ordered some wings to go. The wings were good size but as I bite into the wings I noticed THEY WERE NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY!!!! I immediately spit it out and examined all the wings. All of them were not cooked, Had to throw them all away will not be going here ANYMORE. When I called I was informed “sorry they weren’t to your liking they are on a timer” my liking is my food cooked all the way not raw in the middle. Highly dissatisfied

Visited before we left for our flight home. Good service and selection to choose from. Good portions and fresh food along with good choice of drinks to boot. Will be visiting again no doubt.
If there was 0 star, I would’ve given this place just that. We had ordered 2 orders of 8 wings and fries. Both were rubbery and gross! The sauces for both orders were bland, and you’d think they’d have better wings, especially just by reading the name of their business. First time, and will be the last time! Maybe not have wings on your business name if you can’t live up to your name. Not sure also if they rushed it as it was close to closing time. We had ordered through a delivery app and they can’t even give us a refund. Absolutely not recommending this place to anyone. ??????

We came here for lunch and it was absolutely freezing inside. We were greeted by a waitress who clearly couldn’t be bothered. We were told to pick a table, the table top and the chairs were sticky when we pulled them out. The waitress continued with the really couldn’t be bothered attitude and didn’t once smile or look friendly. Actually she did smile once, when she gave me the bill! I tipped out of politeness but wish I hadn’t afterwards. She was so unfriendly and quite mean looking that we felt quite uncomfortable. We’ve eaten in here many times before in the evening and always had a good experience, but I don’t think we’ll be back. There was no problem with the food, just the server.

We've been on holiday here for a few weeks and Chilis was our go to takeaway the whole time, and we loved it and had no problems with the food. However we yesterday they got my order wrong and gave me a beef burger instead of chicken?? We ordered again tonight and the pasta was all hard and chewy. It's put me off and it's a shame because it was so nice before...

We used to loved this place. We last went just before covid and thought we’d go again since we were back in Florida. It really has gone downhill. So scruffy , the windowsills had hair and bits of food on them, the table felt sticky. Never used to be like that. Service was very good but food wasn’t great. Won’t visit again in future, needs money spending on it, new tables etc.. and a new cleaner.
