Not worth it. Got the seafood soup. It had 2 shrimps. The appetizers also were small size. Will not eat here again.
The Tonkatsu Curry is probably the best in town. Excellent cost benefit ratio. I really enjoy this place.

Ate here for the first time and the food was amazing! I’d never had tonkatsu before so I was pretty excited, I ordered the cheese tonkatsu. Everything was hot and fresh and had really good flavors! The breading was super crispy and the cheese pull was impressive. The portion was fair for the price, id definitely come back to try some of the other menu items.

Ordered shrimp fried rice and received chicken fried rice instead. Went to tell them that the ordered was wrong and they said it was my fault.
Worst, hardest chicken skewers I have ever had in 52 years.

This was my first visit to Lotte Market. I only went in to try something different for lunch because the store seems busy all the time. The customer service at Izziban was good but their miso ramen broth leaves a lot to be desired. I expected better for $15. The entire grocery store looks poorly maintained.

Great food! I had the chicken katsu with curry. ? it was great, it reminded me of the food we ate in Japan. It wasn’t too oily or salty. Just right.

The place is very small. Not very kid friendly. It is expensive considering it is a food court and not a restaurant. They got my order wrong and the man at the register was not very friendly, he said “we never make mistakes”. They did not want to change it to what I had ordered. Will not be coming back.

I finally remembered not to eat before going to the Lotte Market! I was excited to try one of the many options inside the mini food court and opted for Izziban Katsu as my first meal on the premises.I ordered the Chicken Bento Box which came with well marinated and tender bite sized pieces of thigh meat chicken over a stir fry mix of carrots, onions, and other veggies. It also came with a bite sized portion of rice, three gyoza, 1 tempura battered piece of shrimp and 2 pieces of tempura zucchini (which was so freaking good), and a small cup of miso soup with green onions. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and found every piece really tasty. That tempura batter was light and fluffy, everything was cooked to perfection.Downside: the price was quite high, I believe it was $18. With that sticker price, I expected a bit more chicken, however - there were so many sides that I left completely full.

Food was great, the curry was very rich and savory, the chicken katsu was incredibly crispy and paired great alongside the curry and the brown sauce in the picture. The side dishes were great too, delicious miso soup, crispy pickled vegetables and some fluffy white rice. Highly recommend trying this place out. Trying to find a seat when lotte is busy is the only bad thing I could say about this experience.
