Jack's place at the Rosen Hotel was an enjoyable place to dine after a very busy day. The ambience decor was up scaled and had some great caricatures around that were created by Jack himself. Food was extremely good. Wine and drinks were great and not overpriced Overall definitely do it again.

Large Party Successfully Served!
Here with my peer group for dinner. Everything was very good. We had a special menu with limited options for the group but worked out well. This is a steakhouse put does not have the high-end pomp and circumstance you may be used to which is somewhat refreshing. My filet was done very good and those in my party were happy with their steaks as well. Service was great giving the size of the party. Drinks may have been refreshed faster but only a small issue, once again with the demands of such a large party. Kudos to the service staff for a seamless experience. We would return.
Excellent food & service! Best steak we have had in a while! Pricing was very fair & great for the quality. We pay the same price at other places for mediocre food, would highly recommend Jack’s place.

Very disappointed in our experience. It will be our first and last. We made reservations for party of 11 last Saturday for a birthday celebration. We made this reservation for magical dinning. We were never informed when making the reservation that a party this large couldn't have the magical dining menu. Guess it's our fault for not reading the fine print. Anyways we decided to stay and enjoy it since we were all there. The helper server was great and kept our glasses full of drinks. The main server was good till we got our food. Couple people received the wrong steaks and she wasnt around so they decided to eat just what they got. We later found out that they just got the plates mixed up on the opposite ends. Server never made any attempts to make a birthday special either. Won't be celebrating any events here in the future.

An overall great dining experience. Service was amazing and the staff gave me a very nice seat eating privately for one in my own booth. My server was incredibly attentive and bread and water support staff also great. The scallops were cooked to perfection, buttery, and tender. The poached pears and gargonzola salad might be one of the best salads I have ever had. Unfortunately I only give them a 4 because my steak was not at all cooked to order. I ordered medium rare and it was overcooked and average because of this. The flavoring added covered up some of the overcookedness but not enough. Enjoyed this place but the steak was a little bit of a letdown. Capped the night off with a cheesecake to go which was wonderful.

We enjoyed a very delicious magical dining 3 course meal tonight. The service was attentive and professional by Yasir and the atmosphere was low key- very appreciated after a busy day at the Magic Kingdom. Portions were generous -we had to take half our meals home to enjoy another night!
