Enjoyed the Magical Dining at Jack's Place. Food was delicious and an extensive wine list. Highly recommend.

We had the Magical Dining menu. The appetizer was good. I had the clam chowder and my husband had the crab salad. I preferred his salad to my soup. The soup had a nice flavor but wasn't hot and had a slight slimy texture to it. We also had the meatballs and lobster Mac and cheese. Neither were great. Three tough meatballs in a sweet marinara. The lobster macaroni and cheese was a good sized portion but had a reminiscent taste of Sweet Tomatoes macaroni and cheese with some lobster. The entree we both had the swordfish and veggies. The vegetables were nice and crisp, not at all overcooked. The swordfish was cooked well and the sauce was delicious. The rice was buttery and slightly garlicky. The dessert underwhelming. I had the key lime pie which had a grainy texture and my husband had the chocolate mouse which I thought was the better option. The gelato to flavor of the day was vanilla. A cartoonist came to our table and asked if anyone wanted a caricature. Our server was attentive and helpful.

The atmosphere is lovely. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our table was tucked in a quiet corner, which was nice. Our waiter was very helpful with our selections. The swordfish and filet were exceptional, as were the appetizers especially the west indie salad. Do not skip dessert the key lime pie and chocolate mousse are to die for.

We were there for magical dining and I feel that as soon as they hear that's why you're there they give poorer service. We were never given bread , never asked if we needed more drinks. The characiturist was rude. We asked he he could draw my friends 12 year old he said he was busy with other table which he never even came to our table of 7 and by the time he finished them which would have only been a half hour and we were all going to go spend more money at the bar while we waited. He said the restaurant would be closed

Excellent restaurant. Outstanding food and spectacular service. Drove almost a hour to get there and its worth it every time.

This restaurant was fantastic. I was a little hesitant because it was a hotel restaurant and didn't thing it would be top shelf. Boy was I wrong. The service was spectacular, the food was incredible, and the price wasn't overly expensive. It wasn't cheap by a long shot but it wasn't horrible, it was moderate for the quality of food and service we received. I'd go there again when we're in Orlando. I normally go to Charlie's steak house and this restaurant was priced lower than Charlies and the food was on par with them.

Everything was fantastic! Top notch! Food was superb and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Only issue was the screaming child next to us. The parents took him out several times but it never worked. This was not the type of restaurant for that young of a child. And it was after 630 pm. Most children have eaten by then and this was not a hamburger or chicken nuggets kind of eating establishment. We will try it again but request a table in a quiet section of the restaurant.

Skip this restaurant. Ordered their filet and it had absolutely no flavor — to the point of being inedible. Au gratin potatoes that come with their steak are just okay, crust on them tastes like the potatoes were cooked days ago considering how crunchy they are. Seasonal veggie were also okay but lacked any seasoning. Returned the plate with only two bites out of the steak and the server didn't even question why a $40 entree went uneaten. As for drinks, we ordered an espresso martini and a dirty martini. Espresso martini came with absolutely no froth and looked watered down — asked the server if they used fresh espresso or espresso liquor. They obviously used the liquor but said they had fresh espresso so they remade it but it still was so watered down and had no froth. If staying at the Rosen and you're forced to go just don't order anything that we got, but if you can avoid it we would recommend you avoid it.

Lovely ambiance and amazing cariacture art. Server was awesome and food prepared to perfection. Will definitely go back. Onion soup was awesome, so was key lime pie.

Our favorite steakhouse when we are in Orlando on International Drive. They did not disappoint.

Our waitress was wonderful. She was one of the best I ever had, and most all our food was good with the exception of our really overcooked steaks and no flavor. They were just bad and then you have to pay $35 to valet park and when we came out from dinner my car was still sitting there running!!! Left it on the entire time! UGH

Jack's Place is one of the BEST all-around dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. The service, food, ambience, and unique touches made celebrating our anniversary extra special. To top it off, the evening was perfectly captured in a beautiful caricature by Israel. Thank You! It's now on our list of favorites and we'll return soon with family, friends, and colleagues. You owe it to yourself to enjoy a magical dining experience perfectly curated and delivered by attentive, caring, and friendly staff.
