A hidden gem. You wouldn't know walking in the front door of the Rosen but this place has a great history and a friendly staff. Also a good value for the money. Steaks are nice and actually come with sides. Be sure to check out the caricatures.

The food was delicious and done exactly to order but the place was so quiet it was disquieting. It was too bad — but it was a Monday night and the hotel didn't seem crowded so maybe we just hit an off night. The service was a bit casual for such an upscale menu.

Jack's Place is a must-try! The staff was fantastic, keeping up with the lively crowd. My steak filet, so unbelievably tender I cut it with a butter knife! And the cheesecake, imported daily from Junior's in Brooklyn, was the perfect finale. This spot has a cool, upscale vibe. HUGE thanks to The Web3 Conference for being an amazing host.

Right about how great the steaks were, and how highly rated it was, the steaks were fair at best, they had no side sauces to offer you, Bernese, etc.. The extra sides were limited, I think they need to go across the street and eat at the other steakhouses to understand how people like the capital Grille and how they run their operation and what they offer.

I had the New York strip steak that was prepared perfectly along with some broccolini and scalloped potatoes. had the Creme brulee for dessert and an IPA for dinner along with the supplied bread that was heated nicely along with some butter. Great dinner, service, IPA. Highly recommended

The place is inside of the hotel structure, very nice environment and very nice staff!The food was also really delicious! I enjoyed the lamb, served with really tasty vegetables!

Jacks was a great place to have a business dinner. Service was attentive and the food was tasty. Further it was quiet and one could have a discussion. This last point is a rare treat these days.
My server, Amal, was so sweet and kind. She made sure I had everything I needed, and made great suggestions. I was here for a solo weekend getaway, and my night out was perfect. The tomahawk pork chop was AMAZING. It was so thick & juicy, I barely got through half of it. Also, the Marilyn Monroe drink was delicious.

Appetizers were awesome. Most of us had the filet mignon, which was perfect. Some Oscar-style, which they raved about. NY Cheese Cake was actually real NY Cheesecake flown down. Server was very attentive. I would have given 5 stars but the ending left a bad taste in our mouths. We had 6 in our party and spent over $800 for dinner/drinks. I am from Orlando and drove, plus the out of towners had 2 cars. The valet was $30, but the rude guy running the stand said he was giving us a deal for eating at the hotel and knocked it down to $15. Sorry, after paying for a meal like that the valet should be free. I won't be bringing visiting guests back here. There are other great restaurants in the area where you can park for free.

On the reservation, I wrote it was for our anniversary. Nobody said or did anything to acknowledge it. Some of the food was excellent, onion soup. Another was of poor quality, rack of lamb. Service was nothing special.
