We ate here recently against a friends advice. The hot honey sandwich with sweet potato fries was delicious but the downfall came with ribs. No flavor and cooked like it was forgotten. Very dry. The cheese curds tots were very mid. Again seasoning was needed. However, the server was amazing. He recognized that my fiancé didn’t eat his meal and immediately got a manger. We were going to let it go and chop it up to we should have listen to our friend. The manger was very open and encouraged our feed back as she has see an issue with some meals and wanted the information to talk to the chefs and make the improvements. In addition she comped the ribs. We were very thankful and appreciative of her taking the initiative to improve service. Against the server was amazing and very nice. I hope that they are able to improve on their food.

Ate here after a tiring day at the park. Got a Cuban sandwich, a burger, a kids pizza, and waters. The decor was deceptively nice, but the food did not match. Our frozen burger patty and frozen pizza and my lukewarm Cuban left much to be desired. My sandwich had a dried out “say under a heat lamp for a couple hours” taste. 70$ later I would have rather gone to Wendy’s. The food in the park was better and actually cheaper. The THEME PARK burgers were better. ‘Nuff said.

Spend an incredible evening here. The food is so good ( the pretzel with the cheese sauce are a must try). But a special thanks to our waiter Michael that went above and beyond each time we came. We will come back here next years for sure

The service is great and friendly. Our waiter was so nice… but the food was inedible. I’ve never met a Caesar salad I didn’t like but their Caesar salad was literally a head of romaine with the bottom cut off stuck on the plate and doused in oil and soggy croutons. 10/10 for the mini condiments though.

We were seated but never once got greeted. One lady came up to us by mistake (to bring menus for another table, when we already had ours), and that was all the “service” we got. A family sat down 10 minutes after us and almost immediately got their orders taken. Had to get up and leave
We love going to Jake's whenever we stay, it is now one's of the highlights of the trip. Pretzel sticks are the best there. I love the fish and chips too but haven't had anything bad from the menu. Sam has been our waiter a couple times and he is always on top of it

We ate twice at Jake’s this trip, They have an outdoor terrace with a waterfall which is just amazing ambience for a meal, so peaceful and relaxing. It’s one of the best restaurant ambiences I’ve experienced. Skyler was our server and he was very friendly, attentive, and also knowledgeable about the theme parks. The first night we ordered off the Islands menu. The second night we ordered off Jake’s menu. My wife and I enjoyed both meals. From the Islands menu the Mongolian beef, chicken fried rice, and flan were all very good. From Jake’s menu, the double burger, pretzel rods, and sweet potato fries were very good too. Everything very good. The ambience outside on the terrace is what really sets this place apart. Dinner with waterfalls and beautiful tropical scenery is just the perfect cap to a good vacation day.

I had dinner service one night and lunch service a separate date. Both days we had absolutely delicious and amazing service. All of the drinks were flavorful and not burned. The beer was cold. The pretzel rods, wings, and burgers were perfect and fresh. Our server Michael for lunch was 5/5. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided great service. This restaurant has come so far from the previous years, with a new chef in charge. I would recommend this restaurant/gastro pub to everyone.

We had really high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately the standard was not great. Service was slow, the food arrived lukewarm and the ribs were extremely fatty. There was no check-back from the server even though the restaurant was mostly empty. The decor was nice but we probably wouldn’t return as there are much better options in the area. Expected more for the price
