We had a wonderful dining experience. The wait staff was very friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and very flavorful. We would definitely be going back.
The food was delicious but our experience was essentially ruined by the service. It was over 10 minutes before we could flag someone down to just bring us water and get us started. The first round of tapas came out quickly, but then after that we consistently went long stretches when no one came by...we had to ask for one item three times before it actually showed up at the table, and by then we had already asked for the check twice. The people who came to the table were all incredibly nice, but we ended up being there for almost twice the time we expected...we were tired and wanted to leave but we were stuck waiting for food and service. This is not our typical experience at Jaleo and it was incredibly disappointing for an almost $200 meal.
Loved this trip to Jaleo as always. Would like the Disney Springs location would price their paella like DC's as its now not affordable.
Wini was our server, and she was terrific! She timed our tapas perfectly and suggested a wonderful Tempranillo wine to have with all of the food we chose. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the food as always was delicious! This is one of our favorite restaurants, and we highly recommend it.
Jaleo is inside Disney Springs, do you DON'T need theme park tickets to get in. Decor is phenomenal. Vegan Paella had nice vegetables, but the rice was a little undercooked (on purpose, I think). Patatas Bravas appetizer is vegan if you have them omit the aioli. All the vegan items are marked. Allergens like gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, etc. are also marked. Staff are knowledgeable about vegan and allergy-friendly options. Good place to go with a mixed group of vegans and omnivores. There are more vegetarian options than vegan.
We had an amazing experience at Jaleo in Disney Springs last night! From the moment we sat down, our server Mariana made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that made our meal even better. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was bursting with bold flavors and beautifully presented. It's clear the kitchen takes pride in quality and authenticity. Thank you, Mariana and the Jaleo team, for a memorable evening. We'll definitely be back!
Chef Andres should be embarrassed to have his name associated with this place. The high end tasting menu was disappointing to say the least. The food was bland and unseasoned. Nothing reminded me of “spanish” food. The restaurant temperature was 85+ plus degrees inside and it made dining extremely miserable. I will not go back nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The temperature inside the restaurant was equivalent to the temperature outside. It made it hard to enjoy the meal while you are dripping in sweat. Service was lacking over the course of the meal. We had two of our tapas come out of the kitchen 90 minutes after they were ordered. This is not a cheap experience. This price paid didn't justify the experience provided. I have had a more enjoyable meal at Denny's. There are plenty of places that charge these prices and deliver a satisfying environment to enjoy the meal in.
This is my 7th time here and it has yet to disappoint. Food is good and consistent. My fave drink is Castaway Old Cuban.this drink is awesome! Andre the bartender on duty was great! I recommend this place !
UPDATE 01Jun2025:
At this point , we’ve been here more than 10 times now and this recent visit was a total disappointment. Server was not attentive. Never gave out her name so I asked. She was taken back that I asked so in turn she asked for mine. First time ever that happened to me. She could barely hear so I kept repeating myself. Maybe she could hear better if she moved closer to the table instead of being 3 ft away , like literally 3 ft away. Then she says she can’t hear. SMH. Food was not good at all. I mean no flavor for the gambas ajillo. How can they get that wrong. Beef was hard! No flavor. I took it home and seasoned it. The beef was just not good. It was so tough.
What kept me coming back to this place was the castaway drink. It’s a great drink. But even that this visit was not as good. It wasn’t fresh and made too sweet. Look at the picture of the drinks. Same drink different amount served but charged at $16 per glass.
To sum it up, it’s not on my Ban List but we won’t be back for a very long time.

Food here is really really good.
The food was not worth the price at all. The chorizo was bland and uninspired, as was the shrimp.
Rafael is an amazing human and made our experience one we will never forget! Thank you so much for being so fantastic!
Rafael was fabulous. When you book your reservation ask for him.
Food was delicious, quick and fast deliveries. Rafael was phenomenal
