JazTro by Chef D.O.C. is an amazing puertorrican culinary experience. We stumbled into this nice, cozy place in Orlando and we were surprised by Chef’s attention to all details regarding his service, he’s always checking his product has been delivered with high quality and promptness. There’s many options to choose from and the meals were delicious. Our families really appreciated this place, my friends were on vacation from PR and we drove all the way down from Jacksonville. I can foresee this place expanding because the food is just too good for a small place. Congrats Chef! Don’t ever change your way of doing business. People may complain a little because everything is made from scratch, and it might take a little time to get your food but that wasn’t the case for us. Timing was reasonable and the meal was excellent.

Came here for the first time from Lake Wales, FL and it was amazing. Fresh, the taste was amazingly perfect and ambience is amazing!
This was my first time ordering, and I was beyond impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely outstanding. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

This place is AMAZING! The place is small but has an upscale vibe. The man at the counter was very friendly and helped us make our selections. The food was FANTASTIC! The portions were large and so tasty! The place was very clean. Great for casual date or anyone just looking for great Puerto Rican food. This is truly a hidden gem.

A spectacular experience from start to finish! The food is absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. The shrimp mofongo is simply unbeatable: the perfect balance between the flavor of the banana, the juicy shrimp and the exquisite sauce that accompanies it.
The attention was impeccable; The staff is friendly, attentive and always ready to make you feel welcome. Everything was impeccable, from the presentation of the dishes to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place.
Definitely, a place that I recommend for those looking for quality and a little piece of Puerto Rico in every bite. We will definitely return
