Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Always hits the spot. My go to is green apple.

Service today (08/21 at 2:00 PM) was very poor. I ordered a soft serve (mixed) swirl cone, got all vanilla instead, and when I asked for the correct order, the employee just dumped the ice cream on top of the cone (which had all the vanilla in it) instead of remaking it properly.

To make it worse, she insisted I hadn’t said swirl. To which I would say (I never said all vanilla either)

A fresh sugar cone should have been made—basic customer service that other locations handle much better. Lake Nona Jeremiah’s please live up to the correct standards of service for this area.

Bad service Plus closed early . Got there Sunday evening after our dinner at 8.37 pm and they were closed. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS..

The service at the ice cream shop was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and well-organized, which I really appreciated. I ordered a strawberry and piña colada Italian ice, but unfortunately, the flavor was very disappointing. It felt like I was just eating colored ice with no real taste. Hopefully, they improve on that, because the customer service and atmosphere have great potential.

You can't go wrong with a visit to Jeremiah's. It's always consistent and delicious. This location has ample parking. Get's busy, but the good staff move everyone along efficiently. I'd recommend what to try, but... it's ice cream so what does the flavor really matter - it's all good.

Service is normally excellent. But tonight I asked my adult son and his wife to get pup ice for dogs. The server told them no because they didn't have a dog and when they asked to buy a tadpole size because dogs were at home, she still said no. Disappointing as we go here multiple times a week and it's never been an issue, we only get a pup ice once month for our small dogs.

First time here and had an awesome experience. The young lady at the counter was pleasant and even took a moment to explain the menu to me. Super welcoming and my layered Jelati was delicious 😋

Terrible experience!! I had ordered on their app around 8pm and was suppose to have it delivered by 8:40. The drivers are from DoorDash. I had two drivers that showed up because the first one was waiting for about 18mins. I check the status and noticed the driver left. Then, a second driver went to pick up my order. She was waiting for another 15mins. I had called the store to figure out what’s going on. They said they had given the driver the order. I couldn’t call the first driver because she left and second driver was assigned to pick up my order. I called the second driver because the time was already an hour. She told me they’re making the order. I called back the location and told them she if there waiting for the order. They were out of the flavor I picked so the associate did offer for another flavor. She went ahead to make the order, but the second driver took off because of the wait. Since, I had no way of getting my order I called back to cancel my order and refund my order. The associate told me there is no manager to handle it. She offered to call and then told me I had to call DoorDash to get my refund….what?! I ordered from the Jeremiah’s app…not DoorDash. Then I was told to reach out to Jeremiah support. So, I the customer who paid for both services for Jeremiah’s and DoorDash left me to do the dirty work to fight to get me money back. It’s ridiculous and I will not go back to this location. It’s frustrating that I couldn’t get any help. DoorDash will here from me as well.

The service at the Lake Nona location is terrible. I ordered 4 items. one of the items was a small vanilla cone. She brought the vanilla ice in a cup so I told her I needed it in a cone. she came back with a cup and said she can’t give me a cone but I ordered a cone. The conversation went back and forth, the so call team lead came up and didn’t apologize or offer a cone. SMH terrible customer service. Will not be going back there.

I have visited every Jeremiah's in Orlando, making this one the best. The ice cream's taste and presentation were excellent.

The place was very calm, the food was ready fast, they were super polite, 10/10 loved it 🤩
