I found hair in the middle of my ice cream. That's so nasty . I wanted a refund but didn't feel like driving back wasting gas over 6 dollars . So disappointed. This my was first time tasting it but never again.

Awesome Italian ice, my favorite is the black cherry. This is a nice location however the parking lot can be a little busy so be careful if you have littles with you!

Religiously can’t read the orders that are submitted through Uber ears or door dash. The receipt on the bag has the correct thing I ordered but always get some wrong variation of there my order like wrong flavor. Unfortunate that the staff can’t read the receipt, put the product in a cup, and then put it in a bag. Seems pretty simple but must be some huge disconnect between just simply reading what was ordered and putting it in the bag. Disappointed again. And thanks for the staff for telling me I could just drive up there and swap out my order considering I ordered through a delivery service for a reason. Should be an option for less than one star. Maybe a reading evaluation be done before they hire staff. Because it’s not a one time thing this has happened to many times to count. Can’t do business with a place like this anymore.

I took my family there for dessert right after eating dinner next door. The taste of the ice cream was good. However, the service from the young lady serving us was less than welcoming. She was dry and seemed to be rushing us even though there was no one behind us. This was 12/17/23 at 6:12pm. Order # 287300007 . I get it that we all have bad days, but it shouldn't reflect on the customers. Especially, if they had nothing to do with the issue.

We had a party of four the other night, and two of us had the birthday cake flavor. We both got very sick! I don’t know if there is a dirty machine, or if the product had something in it upon delivery, or something else, but we were the only two who got sick, and that birthday cake flavor dessert was the only thing we shared all night.
