Customer Service is so important for a business. Drove all the way from Polk County....didn't get a chance to even taste the food because the young lady met me wirh a horrible attitude. Not asking you to dance a gig...just act like you're up to working today.

Drove 45 mins just for Jerkman BBQ. The food is AMAZING but the CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE SOME OF THE WORST YOU WILL EVER SEE IN YOUR LIFE!!!! I spend close to $70 each trip and to have to stand and wait while the cashier is texting and ignoring you is crazy. THEN, she has no idea what's ready or what's not and look at you like you are the problem. I hear the stereotypes all the time, and I fight them when they aren't true. But this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HAS ME CLOSE TO NEVER COMING BACK. I spend too much money for this

Let’s talk about it 10/10 NOT RECOMMENDED ….was recommended this place from a local and I must say I was better off going to one of the pop up tint spots I seen while headed to this shack…$82 for 6 ribs , 2 gummy no season mac and cheese , and beans with some type of meat in it , 10 mild wings ( which smelled like it was fried in either FISH grease or OLD grease ) and 10 salty Lemon pepper wings (which had hair in the plaiting …mind you I have braids so I know it wasn’t mine and it was under the foil ) ! I was highly disappointed! It did not taste good at all ! And the hair just spoiled it all together !!

Absolutely the best Jamaican food in Florida, the different sauces and food options they have are unbeatable including the price all the way to New York. As I was looking for authentic Jamaican food and someone who values there food I found this place and let me tell you what you’ll be going here everyday of the seasons the food is amazing the sauces are skeptical at first but turned out amazing. The prices are amazing and then the smell you get before you even get to the location is unbearable. Best experience I’ve had since my first time in Orlando and since I work here every few months I feel like I need rehab after leaving bc I can’t stop thinking about this place especially after a night out of drinking!
