Staff are nice and food is good, I did have a super long wait to get my sandwich. A bit longer of a wait then I've experienced at any other Jersey Mike's location so I guess they could hire more staff or something to improved on that.

I honestly love this place, it always feels great coming in and getting greeted by familiar friendly faces. (Edgewater Drive, Orlando). If they opened a completely different shop but kept the current staff, they'd have an instant loyal customer.

After taking my order I was asked to wait so they could cut some green peppers, ok, there is another person working and no other customers, ok whatever. The counters where the bread and food is placed after the meat has been sliced,I the counter was literrally covered with bread crumbs and there was unkept lettuce on the counter where the sandwiches are prepped, it was nasty! It was obvious the counters had not been cleaned for some time this day, today. I was appalled and almost walked out. The meat on my sandwich tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while. Ive been going to this store for some time now and this topped the icing on the cake for me. If I experience this again, I will not be back!
