After taking my order I was asked to wait so they could cut some green peppers, ok, there is another person working and no other customers, ok whatever. The counters where the bread and food is placed after the meat has been sliced,I the counter was literrally covered with bread crumbs and there was unkept lettuce on the counter where the sandwiches are prepped, it was nasty! It was obvious the counters had not been cleaned for some time this day, today. I was appalled and almost walked out. The meat on my sandwich tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while. Ive been going to this store for some time now and this topped the icing on the cake for me. If I experience this again, I will not be back!

1st time experience and the wait time was too long for a cheesesteak. Staff were snooty and the bathroom smelled horrible so I couldn’t even use it. I had to go next door to tropical smoothie to use the restroom. I will not be eating here again.

If you’re pregnant and want to have them grill your deli meat beforehand, they won’t because it’s the PREFERENCE of the franchise owner. Not a health dept regulation or anything to do with food safety. Just the preference of the franchise owner.
Terrible business practice as it takes little to no effort to grill a piece of deli meat when they have a grill right there.
10:09 am door is still locked, said open at 10 and this is not the first time. The owner needs to look into this just lost a long time customer to Subway.

5 stars all around. Nothing fancy, just straight forward good food and service, in and out quickly. However, they have this palm tree in front that covers their sign which definitely affects their business. I've lived 1.5 blocks away for 2 years before I knew they were there simply bc I couldn't see the sign. I hope they can do something about this
